Essential Oils and Raindrop Technique Workshop

I’m already missing the 24/7 Christmas Music! You might be thinking, “Is she crazy? I started listening to seasonal tunes well before Thanksgiving by accidentally scanning onto our local “Christmas Station” and then that was all she wrote! For a month I’ve been singing Baby, it’s cold outside, Blue Christmas, Rock around the Christmas Tree” and so many more. I have to say I miss the magic and spirit behind the music.
The spirit of believing that all will be well by being home for Christmas and the traditions shared through the songs reminded me of the security of family which gave me a greater sense of hope and peace. The one song that seems to be stuck swirling in my head is Josh Groban’s song Believe. For some reason this season it has made a huge impact. Read more

Couples Candlelight Workshop

Candlelight and soft music set an intimate mood for this two-hour Couples Workshop. Couples will be led through a relaxing sequence of breathing, gentle stretching, meditation, and massage. Throughout the class, couples assist their partners with stretching and standing poses, and take turns giving and receiving massage. Class closes with a gentle neck, face, and head massage, just before a restful Savasana.
Please join us for an evening of sharing and connecting through Yoga and massage. No prior Yoga experience is necessary. This is a great opportunity to take a break, as a couple, and make it a date night!
