Finding God in your backyard

Sunday, November 2nd, when I attended Dr. Rob’s walk and talk I was struck by the sacredness of the day! Nature was a true gift with the deep blue sky, lovely pond and a few leaves still clinging to the trees. I was even lucky enough to watch a large hawk circle over head while Dr. Rob and the 50 or so people gathered talked about positive thoughts and actions. The energy of love and kindness filled the air.
