12 minutes at the beginning of your day
Focus on the breath
In through the nose and smile out through the mouth
Slow and easy, light body movements
Sitting, kneeling and easy

Boredom is ok today, as you simply focus on the breath, your positive thoughts, and love each and every day
Your love of all and forgiveness today will set you and others free
Breathe in and smile out, slow and easy, meditative music energizing each and every cell in our body
This is your awesome life and you must care for it with love of yourself and others
And remember to let go of judgment today
