After thirteen long years…

May 22, 2009 by Dr. Rob

When I first started treatments with Dr. Kiltz I never expected to become a mother , by this time I was in my late 20’s and had never been on birth control. I was married for five years to a man I loved more than life, although me not feeling like a Woman was tearing our relationship apart. Finding out that I had PCOS, changed my life dramatically. Dr. Kiltz had known how to treat me all along , without having to go to other Doctors. I was on a few different treatments, and ended up taking a few months off during the Holiday’s. I planned on starting injectables the following year. On March 5, 2006 at the age of 31, I found out that I was pregnant for the first time after trying for 13 years , me and my husband couldn’t believe it. Dr. Kiltz was instrumental in me carrying my son to term, since there is a high rate of women with PCOS and miscarriages. On 10-31-2006 my life started with the birth of my son Shawn Jr. I owe Dr. Kiltz my eternal gratitude for my beautiful miracle , for that is what all children are. My son is truly my life , a gift from above. I am now 34 and would love more children , but if it doesn’t happen… it’s OK.

Thank You again , Dr. Kiltz and your Staff at CNY Fertility Center.

A very special Valentine!

April 30, 2009 by Dr. Rob

After more than 3 years of trying to have a baby we finally found Dr. Kiltz through our GP. After two failed IVF’s we were ready to give up, the heartbreak was more than we could bear, but Dr. Rob was not ready to give up. He told us about a experimental treatment called IVIG. Since we decided we were only going to try one more time why not try it. Well it worked and we welcomed a beautiful little girl into our world just before Valentine’s Day! We cannot express in words the joy we feel or the lifetime of love that we have been blessed with. Thank you Dr. Kiltz, your belief that dreams come true is infectious and the positive vibes that you project are truly addictive. We are still numb, yet every time we look at our baby we melt!

Our little miracle

April 3, 2009 by Dr. Rob

After tragedy hit our family and took two of our children from our lives we knew that having just one child wasn’t what we wanted. So after 2 years of trying to conceive we decided to turn to CNY Fertility Center. We were treated with the utmost respect. Couldn’t ask for a nicer environment when you were there. We are now proud to announce our completion to our family… Michael David weighing 8lbs. 9oz. and 20 1/4 inches long. He was born 1-29-09. Our lil’ miracle and blessing from God, but couldn’t have done it without CNYFC!! Thanks everyone for making this possible. You have yet again helped another family become very happy and complete.

Adding to the family

April 3, 2009 by Dr. Rob

My husband and I got married in Oct 2005. We found out we were pregnant 2 weeks after that. I was on birth control so it was a very unexpected surprise. We were extremely excited though! We welcomed our first son Trysten David-Allen on May 20 2006. My husband then joined the Army and we were stationed at Fort Drum, NY in 2007. We had been trying since my son was about one years old to have another child. We could not conceive, no matter what we tried. I was finally diagnosed with PCOS in late 2007. I was referred to Dr Kiltz for fertility treatments. We started in Feb. 2008. We decided to try Clomid. I found out at the end of April 2008 that we were expecting! I have never been so happy in my life! My husband was deployed on Oct 2008. On December 29th 2008 we welcomed Liam Christopher-Jay into our family. My husband was able to come home for the birth, which made it even more special. I want to thank everyone at CNY Fertility for helping us expand our family. My husband and I are very grateful for the help and support of everyone there. You really do make miracles and dreams come true!

Doug and I were married in September of 2004, we knew that we wanted to have children right away so we started trying after a years of no results I went to my obgyn who soon referred me to CNY Fertility Center due to having PCOS. After one round of clomid and IUI I found out I was pregnant in April of 2007. Sadly I miscarried at 8 weeks. Doug and I chose to take a break from trying, We returned to the Fertility Center in October of 2007. After 2 more rounds of clomid I found out I was pregnant on January 14, 2008 a couple weeks after I found out I was pregnant we went in for an ultrasound and were shocked to find out that we were having TWINS!!! On September 8, 2008 Delaney Marie and Carter Timothy were born. Delaney weighed 5 lbs. 12 0z and Carter weighed 6 lbs. 5 oz. Words cannot express our appreciation for the role that CNY played in bringing our miracle babies into the world!!

Todd and Kaylie

February 26, 2009 by Dr. Rob

Dear Dr. Kiltz and staff, We want to thank you so much for
your compassion and understanding throughout the IVF process. Our twins
arrived about two weeks early. Todd was 5 lb., 5 oz., and 18″ long, while
Kaylie was 5 lb., 10 oz., and 19″ long. However, Todd passed her after a
couple of weeks and is now more than a pound heavier than his sister.

Thanks again for all you’ve done for us. God bless you.

P.S. Thanks for the bouquet of flowers. It was beautiful and very unexpected

A miracle indeed

Dr. Rob,
I first started seeing you almost three years ago. I had my first miscarriage right after I had gotten married five years ago. I wasn’t that concerned, until we tried and tried and then two years later, did finally get pregnant again only to have another miscarriage. That same year, I had another miscarriage. Then I was recommended to you by another physician and that was the best advice I had ever been given. I had been through some testing with my own physician never to find a reason why I was miscarrying.

From the moment I walked into your office, I felt comfortable and reassured that someday I would have a child on my own. After two more years of trying different treatments and failing, I really thought the only way for us was going to be adoption or in-vitro. I had been through so many IUI treatments locally with my own physician and a few at your office as well. None of them ever took. Me and my husband decided we would try one final time before moving on to in-vitro. That final time, before I left your office, I knew that there was an angel above listening to my prayers and that it was finally going to work. Sure enough, two weeks later, we were pregnant. I didn’t know what to think as I had three miscarriages in the past. My first ultrasound showed three sacs which made me feel more uneasy and a lot of other different emotions. The next ultrasound, there were two heartbeats, but one was very weak. The following week, there was one heartbeat. I had miscarried another. I really never thought this pregnancy would take either. I was very careful and followed all advice of my physicians. I had enough ultrasounds to create a scrapbook. Each time, the baby was growing and growing. I did go into premature labor at 33 weeks and was given shots for the babies lungs. I was released from the hospital and was very careful the next few weeks. My doctor told me that I would not go until my due date which was March 4th. Needless to say, I was induced on March 4th and tried to deliver natural but after some complications, did end up having a c-section which was ok with me. I just wanted a happy ending which I did get. Alexa Lynn was born @ 5:38 PM on March 4, 2008. She was 8 # 4oz and now is 6.5 months old weight over 18 lbs. She is a wonderful baby and I couldn’t thank you more for making my dreams come true. Thanks again Dr. Kiltz.
Love,
Tracy, Sean and Alexa
