Dr. Rob On My Mind, January 8th, 2010

Dr Rob on my mind;
The core of you is deep within, and part of all of us. For we are one and the same in this Universe and simply exploring our gift of life. To share and express our inner soul, or core, as our outer. Yet we see ourselves through shades, a fog and simply what we think, which is mostly fear (Fantisized Events Appearing Real). Fear is the leading thought that directs us, or holds us, captive. Failure, or simply the thought of failure is the leading reason we do not move forward in life and express our center and spiritual core, our soul. Habitual practices of what we are not or can’t do in life. And it is simply through our thoughts that we believe in our capabilities, yet mostly not. Our lives are full of fantasy, and living the words, thoughts of others, that become our own. We are constantly repeating in our heads what we can’t do, are not good enough at, and disappointing others is our biggest fear. Rejection from love and acceptance.
Yet the real core and truth, is that we do not love ourselves enough to be honest, express our truest joy and love of ourselves. The life energy of you is unique, a gift of the Universe that is placed here to express your inner beauty, as the outer. Like everything else, it simply takes practice, and a daily touching of the core, the soul and energy of you. Life is a risky business and you have been gifted this life to take risk. Take a walk from the center and safe place in life, go to the edge. Live life without fear (Forget Everything And Relax) and simply have faith. As you walk to the edge and take a step off the cliff, have faith that you will stand on solid ground or simply fly in life. I practice this vision and thought in my life each and every day. Remember that simple meditation is the key and it is easy. You create the thoughts, short and simple, positive and loving. You are the center and creator of the Universe, and with your thoughts you express the core of you.
The trick is to move forward and risk falling and scraping up your knees, or a simple bump on the head. Faith that all things are good and a gift to learn and teach. Reading positive and uplifting stories is the way to reformat the hard drive, the subconscious mind, pre-programmed from thousands of years of human evolution. Love all is the key, and start with thy self. Love and blessings each and every day,
Dr. Rob
The Pursuit of Conscious Wholeness

Striking the right balance between our physical and spiritual aspects is one of the most challenging aspects of existence. We are dual beings by nature, spiritual entities bound to earth by physical bodies. In our lifetimes, we are charged with the duty of nurturing and tending both with equal devotion and love. Yet while both aspects of the self are deserving of honor and respect, there is a tendency for people who are more spiritually focused to ignore, avoid, or dismiss their bodies. Similarly, many individuals are entirely ensconced in the carnal realm and pay no attention to the needs of the soul. In both cases, an adjustment is in order. We are whole only to the degree that we embrace both sides of our beings. Read more
The “Fundamental oneness” or “Unified field”
January 21, 2009 by Editor

After a couple of decades on this planet, many years of soul searching, and studying the “self,” I feel that I am finally closer to knowing myself which ironically seems to be a journey which tells me that the more I understand myself, the less it is that I know. I now can say I have truly felt the difference between the deepest agony of the human condition and the highest state of joy.
I know from my own experience that the main difference that lies between “you” and “me” is just a feeling, a feeling of being separate, isolated, lonely, lost, versus a feeling of being whole, connected, at home, and loved. I think most people, if not all, live with a kind of homesickness, a sweet nostalgia which they can’t quite put their finger on as if they were once in a place that they can’t quite remember but desperately, somehow, want to get back to.
The mystics have said for over a millennia that in existence there is a fundamental oneness. There isn’t and never has been any division or separation at all. Now science is beginning to agree, as they call this same phenomenon a “Unified Field” or a “Theory of Everything.” Read more
Soul seeing
December 16, 2008 by Editor

When we want to see deeply into the heart and mind of another person, soul seeing, also called soul gazing, allows us to see their soul. The soul is the purest expression of an individual and is not bound by physical forms or fleeting emotions. Through a simple art that involves looking deeply into a partner’s eyes, soul seeing can show you a person’s inner beauty that you might otherwise miss. It is possible for someone who appears cold to have a warm, giving, nurturing soul or someone of average appearance to have a beautiful soul. Soul seeing is a way of looking past shapes, sizes, attitudes, and behavior to see the real individual that lies beneath the surface. It allows you to see the true essence of another person, the radiance of their being, and their spirit within. Read more
Nourishment from nature
November 20, 2008 by Editor

In this modern age, we spend so much time indoors, focused on the busyness of our lives and disconnected from the earth. But much of what we truly need can only be found under the naked sky, alongside tall trees, on open plains, or in the sound of running water. Spending time in nature allows us to commune with other living beings and to find comfort in the nurturing embrace of Mother Earth. You can’t help but experience a different sense of self while walking in a wood or traversing a mountainside. Being in nature connects us to the earth, grounding us as we walk, unhindered by concrete, upon her. Surrounded by other living beings, both bigger and smaller than we are, we remember that human beings are simply one form of life in this vast universe. Read more
