Creativity as soul expression

The life of a creative soul is expressed in so many ways. I was blessed this past weekend to be able to attend a Creative Coaching Retreat. If you have been following my blog you know that I have been dissecting creativity for a while now. I have been paying attention to how it shows up in my life in unexpected ways. What I did not expect to find, was that creativity plays a huge part in my own self-care.

In the abstract I have always had in the back of my mind that creativity had something to do with artistic talent, and certainly that is one form of creativity. As I sat in circle this past weekend with several women who were open to new ideas, I learned that they longed to create on so many different levels. I believe that each and every one of our souls longs to be creative and denying that part of ourselves is a true injustice. Read more

Many thanks to the wonderful souls who attended the Drumming Experience on October 11th.
We had a wonderful afternoon filled with new connections, enlightening words and soothing vibrations.

It is always amazing (for me) to experience drumming with people who have attempted to drum, but felt too fearful of what it might sound like. When the comfort level is just right, when the stars align and when the freedom of expression is felt, then watch out! The rhythm is gonna getchya!

With gratitude in my heart and lightness in my step, I left CNY Healing Arts with a feeling of new found friendship and re-kindled faith in the Oneness of Universe.

Join us in a “Drumming Experience” with Sandra Fioramonti

Anyone who has or has not drummed before can feel the beat of Mother Earth remembering that we are all connected; we are all One. Bring a drum, rattle, bells, stick or just yourself! We will enjoy two hours of rhythm. Drumming helps reconnect us to our true selves and opens us up to our creative nature. The Drumming Experience can reduce anxiety and stress as well as boost the immune system.

This Drumming Experience is sponsored by Dr. Rob at the CNY Healing Arts Center on October 11th from 1:30 to 4:30. The Drumming Experience will go for 2 hours and then we will break and regroup for a Spirit Painting demonstration.

As the daughter of an exhibiting artist, Sandra has been immersed within the visual arts throughout her life. Creativity has been her emotional and expressive outlet for 35+ years. She became fully committed to a career in the arts after her husband’s death(01/00).

Her life long interest in the healing arts finally became part of her Spiritual path as she and her husband explored holistic approaches for quality of life. Although it was destined that he move on, she found that it would always be a part of her path to continue her studies as a natural healer. She opened a gallery in Baldwinsville in a healing center.

Now certified as a Reiki Master and Teacher, Sandra uses the pure energy channels of Reiki to reach out to people with pure intent; through the arts, through healing and endless new found friendships, Sandra continues her Spiritual Journey as both a Teacher and a Student of Universe’s School of Life.

She has developed many workshops and presentations that help others realize their full potential.

Sandra has developed programs that she has personally utilized to maintain balance and a deep connection to Spirit along her own Spiritual Journey and she shares these Divine Gifts with all who are open to receiving. Some of these programs include: Meditation, Reiki sessions, “Reiki For Life” seminars, Self Discovery thru the Arts, Creative Written Expression Workshops and Spirit Painting Sessions/workshops
