Dr. Rob shares his inspiring thoughts of the day in the video below.
A little Dr. Rob on my mind. The economy up, the economy down – this the nature of all things, but I like to think of it as all a sine wave. Energy, energy – its always moving forward with that regularity and natural, what we perceive as, ups and downs, but its all moving, all moving forward. But I see them as simple sine waves. The concept that all things change is the nature of life. We think narrow, we must think wide in open spaces, and fly with the birds, the sparrows. As Pilar and her boyfriend Joel were watching out on the lake yesterday in Skaneateles and seeing the snow geese fly over the lake, thousands and thousands in this free movement of expansive concepts and thoughts. This is the key.
In our narrow thinking comfort zone, wide, expansive and getting out of our comfort zone, that’s where growth and amazing things happen in life. Economy up or economy down – its just the nature of all things. If you see it as good, amazing, beautiful gifts of life, this is how we all learn and grow each and every day. Health and wellness, hope and wealth all begin in the mind. We must practice these wide expansive, flying soaring thoughts each and every day. Read positive and loving thoughts. Connect positive and lovingly with all each and every day.
Remember our money isn’t who we are. Our job isn’t who we are. What we do each and every day isn’t who we are. We are human beings – neither religious nor atheist, tall or short, white or brown, young or old. We are just beings here in this beautiful Universe, sharing love each and every day. The sine wave, its always moving forward, energy, and we are but energy each and every day. And when we learn to understand that God is within us, God is the energy of the Universe, we share it each and every day with our love and our connections. This is the beauty we will find when we open up to the expansive nature of life and love. Share your blessings, as I share mine each and every day to all of those around us. Read and write. It starts with sharing loving thoughts as we all soar with the sparrows and the snow geese. My love, Dr. Rob

Great surprise birthday celebration last night, my first ever. Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all today, love all and accept all in life!!
A little Dr. Rob on my mind. A great St. Patrick’s Day today, again a little green. It’s a reminder to celebrate the differences in all of us. I threw into my intention the green to remind us of St. Pat’s Day. And the brown and the white and the yellow and the black, just some labels of colors, but in fact remember – strip away the outer layer and we are all the same.
Every Tuesday night I spend time with my friends, my Tuesday night friends, mostly at Rosalie’s Cucina in Skaneateles. Where Gary and Chad and Mark and Jonah and Lisa and Leslie, and all those, and Mickey, of course, and all those that bring together a great celebration. Yesterday was my first surprise birthday party! Wow, it was awesome and amazing, awesome and amazing. I was surprised to see Claire and Renee and Bonita there. They gifted me this beautiful headdress, a beautiful tie. But it isn’t the things, its the people and connecting. We’re all different in so many ways. Richie and Roz, Steve, Martin, all beautiful and amazing. Susie was there, all family, all family, all gifts of life that bring us together and we share, and we share.
The more we share our differences and adding outside of our comfort zone, Martin was talking a little bit about making tiramisu and adding beyond the recipe. When we add beyond the recipe we experiment with new things. Its same with connecting with people that are outside our comfort zones, new and different. When we bring people together and we come with love and sharing friendship and acceptance of all of our differences as the beauty of life as its been created. When we accept ourselves with love, joy, and forgiveness, and we accept all of those around us with the same, it brings that energy of connection. I love to say, “Yes, you’re right. How may I help? Yes, you’re right. How may I help?” It helps me relinquish the butting heads, the power struggles. We’re all sharing something awesome and amazing every day – love, forgive, no judgment. Giving acceptance to ourselves and all of those around us is as simple as in that mirror saying, “I love you, you’re right. How may I help?” You got to do it to yourself first before you can share it with all those around you. When you begin to hear something that you disagree with, just try saying to yourself, “Yes, you’re right. Yes, you’re right. Wow, yes, you’re right, that ‘s interesting.” You got to say the words and step back, and step back.
St. Patrick’s Day, another celebration of our differences and the beauty of that. Yet we are all one and the same. When we’re mixing it up, and Barry, he’s the one that helped me focus on the intention that somehow we’re mixing it up together as one. In my failure to mention some names, they are in my heart, and we’re all one together. A special healing, our thoughts, our prayers of energy that we send out to the Universe with our good faith and good love. Jergan on his healing, Jergan on his healing, and all those around us that are feeling the bumps in the road. Remember the bumps are the gifts of life, without them there would be no life, this is the nature of change and of differences – bumps. Its all good. Have faith each and every day that all things come with beauty when you see them in your heart, and your heart is in thy mind with those thoughts of beauty of all things, and all of our differences each and every day. Again blessings to all and thank you for all the beautiful gifts of love. Oh, a birthday wish to Lillie yesterday. My blessings, Dr. Rob, have spectacular, awesome and amazing day on St. Patty’s Day.

Dr. Rob shares his thoughts of a beautiful birthday weekend and a great dinner at Mirbeau.
A little Dr. Rob’s On My Mind. A great awesome, awesome and amazing, weekend for me, my birthday celebration, and being ageless and of radiant health. My thoughts, and a thought again thanks to all, thanks to all that sent me the blessings of my day of birth. Always a special thanks to my Mom and Dad for their gift of my life.
Had a great, great evening at Mirbeau Restaurant. Enjoyed a great, great meal, connections with people. Thanks to John for his great service and kind, kind sharing of his culinary gift. Short and sweet, always a thought to share of the beauty gifted in life to all of us, to think and be ourselves. No fear of who and what we are or can accomplish in life. For we have the gift of life and this is all we need to find the happiness all within and in the moment of now. That waiting for something to happen or someone to do something for the gift to be found – each of us has it now. The kindness is within and all we need to do is think and share this: the gift of a smile, the care of touch, and the love to all as we journey in life. For we are all one and the same, all energy connected with thoughts, and with these thoughts we can accomplish much. Share this in your day. Remember to start with thyself. Be kind with your thoughts and actions will flow. The spark of love is within and it is within all of us. See this rather than fear and hate. When we think dislike and hate, we bring about that which we think. Remember to love.
As I was reading about Peace Pilgrim, amazed at the amazing things people can accomplish in life with very little other than the belief and thoughts in their heart. In thy mind. She took to walking across this nation, this continent, and sharing words of peace and love. Each of us has that within us. The first thing is to see love and peace within us and see it in all. Kindness. Be kind in your day, start with thyself, and then share it with everyone around. Remember take nothing personally, always do your best, be impeccable with your word, its all within. Each and every day share love, kindness, joy, and happiness. My blessings on another awesome and amazing day. Remember its not tomorrow, its right now. Pick up a book to journey, to love, to care. Share your kindness that you have blessed in life. My love, Dr. Rob on another awesome and amazing, spectacular day.

Dr. Rob shares thoughts of thanks to his Mom and Dad on his birthday today.
A little Dr. Rob on my mind to share my love – Mom and Dad – thank you. Thank you for the birth, this birthday of mine, a new beginning every day. And thank you for your love together in creating me. And you are awesome and amazing every single day. I learn, you are my teachers every day through the love you share together and that you express to others in life. The life challenges that we all have each and every day are part of the gifts that we all have – the bumps. Mom and Dad’s bumps have shared with me and taught me many things: that we all come together and heal in love.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting my friend Jergan who is healing from a bump. With prayers to Jergan and his family, Holly, and Kyle, and Brad. And all the nurses and the professionals coming together to help heal, all with one, and all with love, every day. We share that. Remember all things come as gifts in some way to teach us on the journey. And through our notes of life that we create, that we sing out loud with joy and happiness, this helps us move forward, ever moving forward, ever moving forward.
As we write and share our words we create the music. And in singing and dancing, in playing the guitar, in beating the drums, playing the trumpet, each and every day we are all sharing love. I always come back to Don Miguel, The Four Agreements: nothing personal, no assumptions. Remember high intention and low attachment, these are the keys to life. If we allow things to bring us down, and hold us down, we can’t move forward. But that a little bit is pushing us to continue to move, continue to learn, continue to share. And put a smile on your face and say, “Thank you God for the awesome gift of this day, for I am learning each and every day in each and every way.”
I wanted to share another love poem from Daniel Ladinsky’s book, Love Poems from God: Twelve Sacred Voices from the East and West. This is from Saint Frances of Assisi:
GOD WOULD KNEEL DOWN
(And for me we are all God, we are the energy within each and every one us that is sharing the words of God, that is us. St. Francis did this.)
God would kneel down
I think Gould might be a little prejudiced
For once he asked me to join him on a walk through this world
And we grazed into every heart on this earth
I noticed he lingered a bit longer before any face that was weeping
And before any eyes that were laughing
And sometimes when we passed a soul in worship God too would kneel down
I have come to learn God adores his creatures.
For me our thoughts create God. God is within all of us. God is the energy of the Universe that creates all things. It’s with our loving thoughts and our joy in life every day to every thing that comes as a gift to help us grow and learn and share positive, loving words and thoughts. And remember despite our ethnic, cultural, religious, size, shape, colors, our differences, we are all the same. When we come together recognizing how the same we are and simply saying, “Wow, I love you, that’s awesome and amazing.” Share with me each and every day. My blessings, Dr. Rob, on another spectacular, awesome, and amazing day. And thank you for all the birthday wishes from everyone. This amazing day, Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob shares a few thoughts from the book, Love Poems from God.
Hi Dr. Rob, just sharing a few extras moments and Love Poems from God: Twelve Sacred Voices from the East and West by Daniel Ladinksy. Highly recommended, great poetry. I wanted to pull out a little something from Meister Eckhart:
WHEN I WAS THE FOREST
When I was the stream,
when I was the forest,
when I was still the field,
when I was every hoof, foot, fin, and wing,
when I was the sky itself,
no one ever asked me did I have a purpose,
no one ever wondered was there anything I might need,
for there was nothing I could not love.
It was when I left all we once were that the agony began,
the fear and questions came,
and I wept, I wept.
And tears I had never known before.
So I returned to the river,
I returned to the mountains.
I asked for their hand in marriage again,
I begged – I begged to wed every object and creature,
and when they accepted,
God was ever present in my arms.
And he did not say,
“Where have you been?”
For then I knew my soul.
Every soul has always held him.
Words, thoughts, moments, share, connect, a smile, and remember compassion. My love this day, this awesome and amazing day, as every day that is gifted to us is that. Love, Dr. Rob
