12 minute meditation
Day at a time to see the light of the path
First thing in the morning
Focus on the breath, the first energy of the Universe to flow
To allow the love and the light to enter in the day
Comfortable walking in the garden, lotus position, Tai Chi
Meditative music in the background
Feel the energy flow to each and every cell in the body
The light glowing and expanding each and every cell
Loving and forgiving all and letting go of bitterness and judgment in life
No resentment of anyone today, as I take it one day at a time
Easy to do when I say it is, these words change my brain
Focus on the breath, the light of a candle, the mantra of the day
Love all, forgive all, no judgment today
Hands clasped in front of the chest, back to the breath, love my day today
A simple thing 12 minutes is an easy thing
