Big Group Hug
Dr. Rob on my mind;
They call it Black Friday, yet once again another spectacular day in the Universe, no matter the outcome. Getting out, sharing and buying stuff, gifts to give and show our love and affection is the custom we are used to. And getting a good deal is also a plus, even if we spent limited money to get it.  You give one, they give one, we give one, all part of the nature of giving and making all of us feel as one, loved. Another idea, with no lines, no discount cards necessary, no coupons, no frustrations of “they ran out of the item“, try this one out; a simple hug. Yes, not given enough, the touch and care to others  from the most of ancient customs. We heal by touching and sharing our love to those around us. Be the healer and give the gift of touch, a hug and a smile. Keep it simple is my thought this day, this sparkling Friday.
Namaste,
Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob on my mind;
The challenges in life, not feeling great or the struggles we fight. This is the challenge for each of us, day in and day out. But this is simply just a thought of what I think it all is. The hardships of life, are not hard, but simply opportunities for growth and development. Again, that is if I think it is. If I focus on the difficulties, and unfairness of an experience, my mind will create the molecules and vibration, the energy that attracts more difficulties and unfairness. This is the self fulfilling prophecy of life. As I come back to the joy  and gifts of each and every experience, and meditate on the beauty that it brings to me, I am now the creator of all things, I choose to make them all good, and none bad. If you choose to see all things as good, gifts on the journey, they will help you grow and create, and see the beauty of life. We are thoughts and words, visions and fantasy. This is where  our reality comes in to play. Our true fear is that of death, and our instinctual struggles are always in the protection mode. For life is intimately connected to death, for each and every cell in the universe is a constantly changing entity. Energy is eternal, moving at light speed forward, and the physical self is the temporary vessel, container of you, the energy. Billions of cells are dying each and every day within each of  us, yet we still exist. Dance and play, learn and live, love and most importantly, forgive all, especially thy self. With the practice of positive thoughts, you are the creator of your most amazing dance, your life. We are all one as we speak our words, and share the goodness, in all things of life.
Enjoy this and every day,
Love,
Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob on my mind;
A beautiful and awesome day again, gifted to all of thee. As we evolve and move forward in life and we address the challenges on our  way. A challenge to get up, bathed, dressed and out the door. Maybe a sign to rest and not do much more. But for me I am up and out today, with the blessings of you and others helping me this day. Some ice and a brace, Motrin and rest for my back. I am taking it easy and slowing down today. Not much to say this day as I meditate and feel the healing coming my way. Share healing touch and prayer to those feeling the pain, and the gifts of everything that comes our way.
My love to all,
Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob on my mind;
A beautiful day unfolds, no matter the weather, the traffic, or the challenges I face on my journey. For this is life and all that is gifted to us. On my travels in life I am seeking the light and energy of the Gods. I feel and see that we are all Gods, and the light is in all of us. To close thy eyes and see the light and beauty of thee, for this is the power of the word, positive, loving and forgiving is the key. Reading and writing the words each day, this builds the light, the love and joy of whatever we are experiencing. As I spoke to my friend David K., a month prior to his passing, he said, “the power and faith of life is in the written words of God.” The words are here now, ancient words that have eternal power to lift us up and shine the light on our day. And with this daily practice and connections, we shall all find the spirit in us, to walk out of the shadow and feel the warmth of love in life. The Quran, the Bible, the Bhagavad Gita, the Tao, and many other wonderful loving words to share in life, to build the molecules in the brain, bathing each and every cell of the body, vibrating the energy of life. These are the tools for life, all words of light on our journey, eternal it is. Remember to share the love and forgiveness to all and see the beauty, the light  in all things, in all people, in all experiences this day. Everything teaches me on my way, which is the moment of now.
Namaste,

Dr Rob on my mind;
I see this day as another blessing and all that comes in the day. For all things that happen are the gifts of the Universe, and part of the plan. How things are created, and play out in the minds, in the center of me and you. For ultimately it is our thoughts of the events that create the value of the event, and the outcomes. With a daily practice of the beauty of each and every day this is what comes. Start your day with a daily meditation, and create the day before it plays out. You are the writer, actor, producer and director. Take advantage of these qualities and recognize that it all starts in the center of you, with the energy of thought. Practice for a simple 21 days, of meditation, with a positive intention and you will create the beauty of your amazing life.
Love,
Dr. Rob

Dr Rob on my mind;
Woke up early, coffee with Mom at 5am, sharing her wisdom of love and healing with thought, and hugs. Searched for my lost office keys, and yeah, I found them. Lost for the last several days, or simply misplaced. Found in my brief case at the bottom, under and mixed with much stuff. By cleaning out and reorganizing, there  they were. Excited I was that they found me. With some simple reorganizing of my things, of my  life, I am finding all sorts of stuff. It is all right in front of me, each and every day. By slowing down and taking the time to listen, truly listen, I am finding the gift in all things and all people. And especially listening to myself, with positive and loving conversations in my head. This is the sweet spot. The sweet spot is right there, within all of us. The key to a loving and wonderful life is to know that you posses the key to all of the  happiness in the Universe. Take the breath and feel the positive energy, the sweet spot in all of you and in all of thee. Had I not found the physical key, another would be created, and I would be on my way, and happy with whatever the outcome.

Now I simply step back, and know that all things happen exactly as the Universe has created them, and with my thoughts of the beauty of that, miracles happen.

Dr. Rob Taste Testing Salsa at Joelle's
Dr. Rob on my mind; moving forward in the day as I prepare to share and cook this day. Yesterday traveling from Syracuse to Rochester, and then back to Skaneateles was a joy for me. An hour here, two hours there, and back again. Enjoying the travel as I was listening to the new book by Mitch Albom, Have a little faith. And it is simply with faith that this day is another awesome day, as I travel and share my love of life.

I stopped at Wegmans in Auburn to pick up the peppers and cilantro for the salsa, a quick hello to Jeff and Gina, and then to Rosalie’s to share my thoughts on Fertility Care. My thanks to those present for sharing food, wine and conversations, that we all care. Read more

Dr. Rob on my mind; A hug this morning from Mom and Dad at 4:30 am, up and about and moving forward with joy of each moment, all meant to be. And these words my Mom and Dad share with me to set the moment and this day. Listening to meditative music and feeling the love, a blessing from the creator, the energy of the Universe. Mom walking and unknowing of any afflictions, all gifts of the meant to be.

I spoke with my brother Tom last night and he shared the passing of a friend, who in the pain of life chose to move on. Or was it a choice? Was it like any other disease, a heart attack or cancer, part of the life journey and possibilities. A celebration of life is what I do see. No sadness in loss, for there is no loss if we are spiritual beings and eternal. For we are always the participants in the journey, all intertwined and weaving the connections.  And still there is a celebration to share the blessing of life. The eternal nature of all things, the energy that creates you and me. Remembering that we are all on our eternal journeys, a blink and a moment, all meant to be exactly as it is, now.

Always come back to the blessing of life, any life, all life, all situations. We seek the destiny which is right here and now. This is what I say is meant to be, and the blessings I feel in this thought creates the harmonic vibrations to bring about joy and happiness. We seek to create the perfect situations and harmony, then life happens and happens. This is the harmony and perfection of what the creator intended, now, the present is in the moment.

Seek love in all. Blessings on this journey we label as  life,
Dr. Rob
