Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation:
Life is a beautiful exploration that begins each new day
I start with the breath, in through the nose, hold and focus on the positive thought
The mantra, intention or simple prayer, and to let the unwanted thoughts come in and then simply let them go
Walking in the garden, tai chi or sitting lotus, all easy with meditative music floating inside of me
Explore life with the growth of thought, with easy meditation for the beauty of each cell and soul of life

Dr Rob’s 12 Minute Meditation:
Full and bright, my thoughts of the light
First thing in the morning to create the day
I focus on the breath, my positive mantra, intention, affirmation
In through the nose, smile out and come back to the mantra
Allow the unwanted thoughts to be, then let them go
Walking, Tai Chi, sitting comfortably in a chair
This is the simple exercise to create the molecules to uplift each and every cell in the body
Start first thing in the day to direct everything and journey in all loving ways

Mom, Maria, update:
Mom is in a new wheel chair and moving forward in great strides. She did a sit up last night and left side is moving much more. Keep the blessings coming and thanks to all for the love.

My contribution is loving life
First thing in the AM
Focus on the breath
Music in the background
Walking, Tai Chi, sitting comfortably, all easy to me
In through the nose, slowly out with the mouth
Focus on the positive affirmation, intention, mantra of the day
Allow the unwanted thoughts to venture in and simply let them go
This is easy as I say it is, and I practice each and every day
For I love life and my contribution is thought, daily and bright
Hands brought up over the head, palms brought together
Breathe in as you move above the head
Then breath out slow as you move down to the chest
This thing I do each and every day
To change my thoughts I meditate each and every day
Loving me and loving thee, the energy of life
I create and contribute with the energy from thee
Add a candle to focus on the light or simply a thought of beauty in life

Moving more yesterday and great energy and motivation, thanks for the love and prayers. Mom will be home next week for continued recovery.

Healing comes from the love inside of thee
First thing in the AM, love for all and focus on the breath
In through the nose and out through the mouth
Walking in the garden, lotus position, sitting comfortably in a chair
Hands clasped in front of the chest and a breath with each step
Slow and easy, focus on the breath and the mantra, positive each day
Healing comes from the love inside of thee
Let go of the unwelcome thoughts, allow them to be and let them go
It can help to even focus on them for the moment, then say good bye
Then focus on the positive mantra of the day, and the breath
The energy of life flows and energizes each cell in your body
Simply for 12 minutes each day I find a beautiful way to love all

Meditative music in the background
Sitting, lotus position, walking in the garden, Tai-Chi
A daily positive mantra / affirmation
Life’s price is affordable and abundant to me
Breathe in through the nose and smile out with the mouth
Let the unwanted thoughts come in and let them flow easily out
Simply refocus on the positive thoughts and words, a mantra, affordable and abundant life
Energy flowing to each and every cell of the body, molecules positive and loving
Do this at least once a day, this is how I start the day
Love everyone, forgive everyone and no judgment in life
Simple words to create your most awesome life
