I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher for people and children in Skaneateles, NY, I teach at Stella Maris and the Montessori School of the finger lakes. Bonita Shear began her study of Yoga and meditation healing under the supervision of Dr. Subagh Singh Khalsa, a direct student of Yogi Bhajan (www.3HO.org) in 1991.
