East Street Yoga Open House

You are invited to participate in any one free open class. Come and meet with the instructors, who will be available to answer any questions or concerns that you might have regarding the practice of yoga. Refreshments will be served after classes. Take advantage of special prices for regular classes if purchased on the day of the open house!

East Street Yoga – Judiann Cesta, Director presents Miami Beach Power Yoga at a Yoga Retreat Weekend with Paul Toliuszis and Friends in Skaneateles, NY.
When: Friday, September 4 through Sunday, September 6, 2009
The retreat will be held at picturesque Stella Maris Retreat Center on Skaneateles Lake.
Schedule of Events:
Friday
4pm-5:30pm: Arrival and check-in
5:45pm: Orientation meeting (meet in yoga room)
6pm-8:30pm: Miami Beach Power Yoga and introduction to yoga philosophy
8:30pm: Group dinner (light vegetarian)

Judiann is an experienced, certified and registered yoga instructor who has been teaching adults and children of all ages in private and group classes since moving to the Syracuse area in October 2002. She is a graduate of the Synergy Center for Yoga and the Healing Arts (Miami Beach, FL) and will graduate from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles, CA) in September 2008 as a certified yoga therapist. In addition to her group and private classes, Judiann directs a yearly 200 hour Teacher Training program that is nationally approved and accredited by the Yoga Alliance – www.yogaalliance.com.
