The secret salsa, the spice of life
I start with the breath
In with the nose, and hold in life
The energy of all things, meditation is life
Walking in the garden, lotus or tai chi
The meditative music flowing into me
In one, out two, in one, out two, in one, out two
Allow the unwanted thoughts to flow in and let them go
This is easy as I practice each day
Feel the energy fill the lungs and touch each cell of the body

Easy and bringing the spice of life to each cell

Dr Rob on my mind; thank you for this day, and blessings brought to me each and every way. Salsa and spice, this is life. Thank you to Joelle and Alain for allowing me to share in their kitchen, Joelle’s French Bistro yesterday. All there make me feel at home. Mom was there and enjoying, dancing away, with all of our friends and family. All connected as one and food is an amazing link in the Universe. Share food and drink each and every day, and to really get to know someone, get in their kitchen and cook with them. Cook away and add spice each day of your life.

Dr. Rob on my mind; moving forward in the day as I prepare to share and cook this day. Yesterday traveling from Syracuse to Rochester, and then back to Skaneateles was a joy for me. An hour here, two hours there, and back again. Enjoying the travel as I was listening to the new book by Mitch Albom, Have a little faith. And it is simply with faith that this day is another awesome day, as I travel and share my love of life.
I stopped at Wegmans in Auburn to pick up the peppers and cilantro for the salsa, a quick hello to Jeff and Gina, and then to Rosalie’s to share my thoughts on Fertility Care. My thanks to those present for sharing food, wine and conversations, that we all care. Read more
