Owning Your Emotions

Name It and Claim It:

Our feelings can sometimes present a very challenging aspect of our lives. We experience intense emotions without understanding precisely why and consequently find it difficult to identify the solutions that will soothe our distressed minds and hearts. Yet it is only when we are capable of naming our feelings that we can tame them by finding an appropriate resolution. We retake control of our personal power by becoming courageous enough to articulate, out loud and concisely, the essence of our emotions. Our assuming ownership of the challenges before us in this way empowers us to shift from one emotional state to another—we can let go of pain and upset because we have defined it, examined the effect it had on our lives, and then exerted our authority over it by making it our own. By naming our feelings, we claim the right to divest ourselves of them at will. Read more

Write the script of this amazing day

I start each and every day this way
To focus on the breath, in with the nose and out with a smile
A simple thing I do each day, 12 minutes is easy as I say
In one, out two, in one, out two, in one, out two…
A practice of breathing is easy and brightens the way
Walking in the garden, tai chi, lotus position sitting, music in the background
And floating in each of us energy emits to all I say
As I feel the light build in thee
Walking, breathing, and feeling your love this way
Write the love and positive script of everything this day

Dr. Rob on my mind; The nature of the Universe and all things is to change, uncomfortable this may be for each of us to see and live. For I see and feel this in all things, and rejoice in the change. Atoms and molecules are constantly on the move, and we are all simply a part of the whole. A piece of the puzzle, moving, shifting and becoming something different. Yet, we are mostly free space, if you can imagine 99.9%  nothing, free space and 0.1% molecular mass. Easy to believe that we are made up of simple atomic particles, and all things made up of the same. These  particles are all interacting via their energy, constantly touching and interfacing. Billions of energy reactions happening at once, all in the name of change and evolution. You can fight this nature of the mass, of the part of you, or you can write the script as you see the creation to be. Remember that your thoughts create all things. Positive thoughts, joy, happiness and enthusiasm lead to the molecular build up of structures that allow you to create amazing wonderful things in your life. And your energy vibration, via thoughts, attracts the like. Negative thoughts, evil, despair create molecules that lead to inaction, depression and illness.  Start your day with positive and loving thoughts.

Reality maker, the beauty I see

I start with a breath, in with the nose
Slow and easy, slow and easy, slow and easy
In, out, in, out, in, out
I practice each day, to create the beauty of the day
First thing in the morning, paving my way
Sitting lotus, walking in the garden, tai chi
Easy life, created with the breath, come to the mantra
Reality maker, the beauty I see, in with the nose and out with a smile
The unwanted thoughts will come, normal, simply let them go with the flow

Dr. Rob on my mind;
Life is easy each and every day, as we create our reality with  thoughts of this amazing journey. I had the privilege of speaking at the Spafford Historic Society meeting last night and talking of the beauty of the Universe and the power of each of our thoughts. Our ability to create a spectacular day no matter the gifts of the day. Frank Moran was very kind in his invitation and I was greeted with the love and joy of my neighbors, my family. My blessings and gratitude to all for the wonderful words and love that all shared, and the tasty snacks provided.  For we are truly one in the Universe, all energy connected, and by sharing love we create an amazing synergy of life. My blessings to Lauri who could not make the talk, and to the family of Dr. Elizabeth Mroziewicz, who in passing continues on her journey in the Universe, love and blessings.

Fact is thee, perpetually moving and loving all I see

A practice each and every day, easy to do
I start with the breath, focus on all I see
Deep in through the nose, easy flow and energize me
Bringing the divine light into me, slow and easy I focus on the breath
Sharing the energy and molecules with all before and with me
Simple words create all I be, and with the breath, moving me
Walking in the garden, tai chi, lotus, practicing rest
Focus on a candle light, or simply count to 3 with each breath
Love all as I move forward with thee

The energy is always present, moving me
Vibration, the  energy of nature, all things within me

Mom, Maria is doing great this day, positive and loving to all. Showing me that all is simply a gift of the day and of God. The energy of the universe is an amazing entity, and through all challenges, issues and problems, this is where the gifts arise. Share your love to someone today, no strings, no judgment, all love and care. I simply say, I love you and how may I help. You are right, how may I do better. First you must use the words, all positive and loving, this is how the negative thoughts go away, by practicing the positives. Remember to read and write of positive and loving things in the day. Love is my thought vibration

First thing in the morning, each and every day
To focus on the breath and positive thought
This is the vibration maker in me
Positive thought and positive vibration
In with the breath, slow and easy, I feel the energy fill me
It is all within and I bring it in with the breath of thee
A simple thing to do each day, to meditate as I walk this day
For you create me and all a blessing I be
The energy fills every cell in me, and I control the thoughts in me
To love and forgive, especially me, and I share my love to all of thee

On my mind, Dr. Rob; as I flow each moment and enjoy all things, all things, I reflect on life. My life and all life. For yesterday a gift again, my mother Maria had a twitch, a seizure, and I found her on the floor of the pottery shed. She now is independent after her fall and stroke on July 4th, walking again, and taking on the Universe. Up at six doing her exercises and then to the pottery shed to get her fresh coffee for the morning. There her left leg began to twitch and she found herself on the floor. Dad comes to me and asks “where is your mother, she is missing.” I knew she would be in the pottery studio getting her coffee. There we found her on the floor with seizures of her left leg, knocking on the door for us to hear, and we surely did. To comfort and sooth,  Trudy and Mary our nurses in shining armor soon arrived after a call for additional support. Some soothing music, massage and of course the anti seizure medicine we stopped 6 weeks ago. Rest for the day and thoughts that all things are good, and a gift. This is the thought and the vibration she and we practiced. Out and about we went, twitches had stopped and last night to  Rosalie’s to celebrate Justin’s birthday with our family. Mom always in great spirits whatever comes with faith that all things are meant to be, loving thought vibrations. Blessings to Alyson and Mavis’s mother on their journeys in this amazing and wonderful life,

First thing that I do each and every day
To focus on the breath and positive mantra, meditative music all around
Lotus, walking, Tai Chi, this is all simple and learned by you and me
We practice each and every day, to love and forgive and no judgment today
Let go of the negative thoughts by coming back to the positive affirmation and the breath
In through the nose and smile out slow, hands moving slowly overhead then clasped and brought to the chest
Lightning up this amazing day, sharing my love today
Thought and words, breath and sound, movement, the energy to soothe, heal and relax the body with the mind
This is simple to do each and every day, I practice for a mere 12 minutes

Mom, Maria, is up again and took her first steps yesterday with assistance, she’s moving her left leg enough to begin moving forward, and standing some. Thanks again to all for your prayers and healing thoughts.  I send my love and healing energy to you today.

How the body clears energy

Whole-self well-being is, in part, the result of a harmonious flow of energy between our physical and mental selves. When this flow is thrown out of balance for any reason, the body and mind react to one another rather than act cooperatively. Ongoing stress, sadness, anxiety, excitement, and fear can overwhelm the cerebral self, causing traumatic energy to be channeled into the body. The body then responds by taking steps to organically dispel the energy that has burdened it and expressing it by means of physical symptoms such as illness, fatigue, or disease. In some cases, these symptoms can simply be allowed to run their natural course and recovery will come about naturally. In most instances, however, health and wellness can only be restored by a dual course of treatment that acknowledges both the physical manifestations of energy clearing and the underlying emotional causes. Lead the cheer of loving all in life

A simple thing to do, upon awakening each day
Focus on the breath, positive mantra, affirmation
In slowly with the nose, increasing oxygen and healing energy
Flowing to each and every cell of the body, elevating with love and cheer
Allow the breath to flow out slowly with a smile through the mouth
Let the unwanted thoughts float out by coming back to the mantra and breath
Walking in the garden, meditative music and simply practiced each and every day

Mom / Maria update:
Another awesome weekend and much progress for mom. Up and out of the house to church, drug store,  top down in the Lexus.  With brother Ray and Roxanne, mom’s personal nurse, all cheerleaders of the day. We arrived at church, 5 minutes late with the Hymnal already begun. I suggested we find a place in the back of the church, with the wheel chair out of the way. Mom pointed her finger, left hand and arm no doubt, move forward through the center aisle and to the front pew Robert, and this is exactly what I did. With much love and attention she was given by Toppie and all of our family at St James church in Skaneateles. Many smiles and greetings from all and a birthday wish to brother Ray, which mom stood up and gave him a hug. She also clapped her hands for the first time with much joy and happiness. While only a week ago she was concerned about this since she had no movement of the left arm and hand. She lead the cheer and the songs of the gospel.

From church we went on to visit Dad (Ray), who  wasn’t feeling well and needed some loving – shared with many hugs,  smiles and laughter – heal my father, we love you. Then , off to the horse farm to visit Claire and Geronimo. Mom had an awesome day yesterday as she does each and every day sharing the love and healing energy of the Universe, the positive energy of life. She is an inspiration to me each and every day. Thank you all so much for your continued cheerleading.
