Walking meditation is a form of meditation in action. In walking meditation, we use the experience of walking as our focus. We become mindful of our experience while walking, and try to keep our awareness involved with the experience of walking.
Steps
- Set time aside for this particular kind of walking. Later, you’ll learn how to meditate during the walking you normally do throughout the day, but at first it’s good to dedicate some time to practice walking meditation.

A meditation this is, to focus on the breath
In with the nose, the energy of you
A positive thought is all that you need and you

The light and the energy fills all that you do
The love and kindness is the key I knew
Allow it to move out with a smile
The energy of life fills all from the energy of thee

A blessing is this day as I focus on the breath
This is how I start the day, joy in thought and the breath

I feel the breath bathe all of me
