Dr. Rob On My Mind, January 8th, 2010

Dr Rob on my mind;

The core of you is deep within, and part of all of us. For we are one and the same in this Universe and simply exploring our gift of life. To share and express our inner soul, or core, as our outer. Yet we see ourselves through shades, a fog and simply what we think, which is mostly fear (Fantisized Events Appearing Real).  Fear is the leading thought that directs us, or holds us, captive. Failure, or simply the thought of failure is the leading reason we do not move forward in life and express our center and spiritual core, our soul.  Habitual practices of what we are not or can’t do in life. And it is simply through our thoughts that we believe in our capabilities, yet mostly not. Our lives are full of fantasy, and living the words, thoughts of others, that become our own. We are constantly repeating in our heads what we can’t do, are not good enough at, and disappointing others is our biggest fear. Rejection from love and acceptance.

Yet the real core and truth, is that we do not love ourselves enough to be honest, express our truest joy and love of ourselves. The life energy of you is unique, a gift of the Universe that is placed here to express your inner beauty, as the outer. Like everything else, it simply takes practice, and a daily touching of the core, the soul and energy of you. Life is a risky business and you have been gifted this life to take risk. Take a walk from the center and safe place in life, go to the edge. Live life without fear (Forget Everything And Relax) and simply have faith. As you walk to the edge and take a step off the cliff, have faith that you will stand on solid ground or simply fly in life. I practice this vision and thought in my life each and every day. Remember that simple meditation is the key and it is easy. You create the thoughts, short and simple, positive and loving. You are the center and creator of the Universe, and with your thoughts you express the core of you.

The trick is to move forward and risk falling and scraping up your knees, or a simple bump on the head. Faith that all things are good and a gift to learn and teach. Reading positive and uplifting stories is the way to reformat the hard drive, the subconscious mind, pre-programmed from thousands of years of human evolution. Love all is the key, and start with thy self. Love and blessings each and every day,
Dr. Rob

Fear is a choice

July 29, 2009 by Editor

We all deal with rational and irrational fears. Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of death.
Whatever it is that you are afraid of, be it mysterious or mundane, it is holding you back from
your true potential.

“Breaking free is a matter of choice, a matter of allowing yourself to go to the highest peak and
feel The Breathe, of All That Is, moving through you,” explains Meagan O’Nan, author of
‘Creating Your Heaven on Earth’, “My message is simple. Listen to your heart.”

“Is your heart leading you, or is it your ego, your fears?” asks O’Nan. “A perfectly aware and
conscious individual once told me that thoughts are like an icy wind. The truth is that our fears
keep us from our heart. Our thoughts glide through our bodies maneuvering us to a place
where we struggle, we question, and we neglect what is already perfect.” Read more

Share your uniqueness with all – Dr. Rob Kiltz

July 24, 2009 by Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob talks about everyone having their own unique story to tell and encourages that everyone wants to hear your story so open up and share it.

Audio Transcription:

Do you ever wake up and say, “No one wants to hear about me or from me” or “I have nothing to say that anyone is going to be interested in” or “Everyone is just going to laugh at me”. We are all thinking that. It is time for us all to get over that and recognize that we are all worried about the same thing. We need to learn to let it go and say “Everyone wants to hear from me and about me and hear my stories in life. Everyone is going to enjoy them and if they laugh they are laughing with me to enjoy the laugh of life.” This is the key. We must talk to ourselves in a positive, encouraging, supportive, loving way each and every day. We must share that with everyone else because everyone wants to hear from and about you and remember it has all been done before; all of this stuff has been done before. We are all throwing mud and the more mud we throw each and every day, the beautiful picture is going to emerge of us and our unique life. We are all unique in this life. Share those words of your uniqueness. Remember that fear and anxiety is normal. That is the signal I identify each and every day, telling me I am moving in the right direction. My heart palpating, my skin becoming a little moist and warm, maybe my neck tensing up a little bit. Those are normal feelings and thought we all have. That is the signal to move forward and do exactly what you are thinking of doing. Enjoy life and share it with everyone because you are unique and we want to know about you.

How fear blocks creativity

April 1, 2009 by Editor

To understand how fear blocks creativity, take a moment to imagine yourself telling a story. First, imagine telling the story to someone you love and who loves you. You probably feel warmth and energy as you fill in the details of your tale to your friend’s delight. Now, imagine telling the same story to someone who, for whatever reason, makes you uncomfortable. The wonderful twists and turns, the fine points and colorful images that unfolded in your mind for your friend probably won’t present themselves. Instead of warmth, energy, and creativity, you will probably feel opposite sensations and a desire to close down. When we feel unsafe, whether we fear being judged, disliked, or misunderstood, our creative flow stops. Alternately, when we feel safe, our creativity unfolds like a beautiful flower, without conscious effort. Read more

A place for worries and fears

February 16, 2009 by Editor

There are times when our minds become too full. Our to-do lists, worries, plans, and dreams may be so crowded together in our heads that we don’t have room to think. We may believe that we are somehow taking care of our desires and concerns by keeping them at the forefront of our minds. In maintaining our mental hold on every detail, however, we may actually delay the realization of our dreams and the resolution of our worries because we won’t let them go. At times such as these, we may want to use a surrender box.

A surrender box allows us to let go of our worries and desires so the universe can take care of them for us. We write down what we want or need to happen and then place the note into a box. By writing and placing our thoughts in the box, we are taking action and letting the universe know we need help and are willing to Read more

Thank You, Mama!

THANK YOU, MAMA!
A Story About A Little Girl’s Grief and Her Victory Over Fear
By Elisabeth Hurley

Georgia had been spending almost all of her free time at her mother’s grave. She talked to her constantly, sometimes angrily. “Mama, why did you leave me? Why couldn’t we stay together here in our little village? Why do I have to go away and live with people I don’t know. Mama, tell me! Why, oh why?”
There had been no answer from her mother who had died six weeks ago, just two days after Georgia’s eleventh birthday. Anna Schreck, an immigrant from Germany and her mother’s best friend, would invite her for dinner every night. If only “Mrs. Anna” knew how she hated to eat, or, for that matter, do anything at all. Going naked

November 13, 2008 by Dr. Rob

Good morning to all and thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts in life. We are all here, in this moment in the universe to share our energy brought to us by GOD. Listening to Marianne Williamson, Being in Light, on my drive to work this morning (automobile university), she shared her thoughts about stripping ourselves naked and allowing ourselves to be who we are.

Adam and Eve stood naked in life and by clothing ourselves we walked out of the Garden of Eden into the jungle of fear. Opening up our emotions and sharing with the world our thoughts, fears and concerns of life is what truly makes us free to live a most wonderful life. Our true fears are expressed as  we are constantly hiding our supposed imperfections, as if no one else has them. Our fears of loneliness, failure, or less success in the eyes of others, which is really ourselves. Read more
