Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation:
I dance with thee, breathing in the energy I see
A practice each and every day, to start with the breath
In with the nose, deep and hold, easy and light
Move the energy in and out, in and out
Do this to 12, feel the beauty of the breath bathe each and every cell
Yes each and every cell of the Universe, for we are all one
The thought, mantra, breath, walking in the garden, tai chi, lotus
Meditative music, flowing eternally to you and to me
This is the power workout for me, giving me all that I see
My thoughts create the Universe, all good and a gift for me
A smile as I dance with thee, the breathing energy of thee

Mom, Maria, home last night, yes she was out with DAD. I did have to remind both of them if not coming home to call and let me know that they are ok. A smile and a laugh, always given from them to me.

I am off to my friend Erin Humphrey’s wedding to Brian Schey on Saturday, in Lyons Colorado. Then Sunday AM, I travel to  Sacramento, for the celebration of my friend David Kilmer’s life. For the joy that he gave so many, the healing and guidance, the friendships, in his eternal being. My love to all and smiles to enjoy each and every moment that God has given us, the ups and the downs, I call bumps, gifts from the energy of the Universe.

The beauty of life, a moment, a whisper, a gift for all  to cherish. On Tuesday September 15^th , 2009, at 6am, my friend Dr. David Kilmer died, a loving and wonderful friend, father, son, husband, and a gift of God. In my mind he lives forever, as each of us do. Eternal energy, and with his great smile, loving presence and joy of life, I know we all have the gift of knowing him. Gods plan is God’s plan. For this is the map of life and he touched so many people in positive, loving and healing ways. I see his smile each and every day and the beautiful energy of his running, work, family and spiritual being. My love and prayers go out to his family, friends and colleagues.

Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation:
Life is the love song, I sing each and every day
First thing in the morning, simply for 12 minutes
A breath, in through the nose and hold, focus on the positive mantra
A thought, that builds the molecules in the brain, easy to do
Vibrating to each and every cell in the body, sending joy and happiness
A connection of life and of love, with meditation each day we build on what we practice
By focusing on the breath, and the mantra, the unwanted thoughts are let go
A thought, a breath, a smile, life is the love song
If you play this in your head, positive over and over, joy and happiness abound

Mom, Maria, up and out yesterday. She called me and informed me that she was on her way to church, dropped off and walked in without an escort. She knew that the entire St James congregation was present and guiding her with the energy of the Universe. Then when she didn’t call and let us know when to pick her up, I called her and found that she was driven home by George H, so kind to of guided her home. Loving smiles each and every day, walking and fixing meals. She went out to our friends Terez and Joe S., for a great dinner, loved the brie pasta.   She and Dad had a great time, I had much joy  seeing her smile and energy of life singing the love songs, this is life. It seems as if she is back. Love to all!
