The best decision we ever made

Thank you Dr. Kiltz and the WONDERFUL staff at CNY Fertility Center. John and I think of you all often and can’t believe how blessed we were to have had the opportunity to be so well cared for during our difficult journey. All seemed hopeless and we found you and through the grace of God and your amazing ability and holistic approach we are parents to two beautiful boys!! We will never forget your patience and that you genuinely cared for us – we were never a number!!

- Please everyone who reads this – My husband and I had multiple problems – the cards were stacked against us and we became parents not once but twice!! God bless and keep the faith!!

After thirteen long years…

When I first started treatments with Dr. Kiltz I never expected to become a mother , by this time I was in my late 20’s and had never been on birth control. I was married for five years to a man I loved more than life, although me not feeling like a Woman was tearing our relationship apart. Finding out that I had PCOS, changed my life dramatically. Dr. Kiltz had known how to treat me all along , without having to go to other Doctors. I was on a few different treatments, and ended up taking a few months off during the Holiday’s. I planned on starting injectables the following year. On March 5, 2006 at the age of 31, I found out that I was pregnant for the first time after trying for 13 years , me and my husband couldn’t believe it. Dr. Kiltz was instrumental in me carrying my son to term, since there is a high rate of women with PCOS and miscarriages. On 10-31-2006 my life started with the birth of my son Shawn Jr. I owe Dr. Kiltz my eternal gratitude for my beautiful miracle , for that is what all children are. My son is truly my life , a gift from above. I am now 34 and would love more children , but if it doesn’t happen… it’s OK.

Brandon & Mary’s Story

Thank you Dr. Kiltz and all the staff at CNY Fertility. After trying for over 2 years to get pregnant and dealing with endometriosis, surgery and treatments, we met with you and came up with a plan. 5 months later we were pregnant. On December 18th, 2007 we welcomed our little boy. Hayden Andrew weighed 8lb 4oz and was 20 ½ inches long. We are blessed and grateful to you. Hayden is now 7 months old and doing great.

We’d like to thank you for taking time out of your busy day on Friday, February 15, 2008 to meet our two miracles (Kyle & Madelynn).  Our appreciation to you all can’t be measured!  After trying to conceive for over 9 years, we found your office by word of mouth and in less than 7 months, we had success!  Your professional, positive and compassionate staff helped make our dreams come true … X 2!!  Kyle & Maddy were born April 23, 2007, 8 weeks early, but in good health.  They have been

I can not say enough about the CNY Fertility staff you are all wonderful and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for just over 2 years. I have PCOS and was on clomid off and on in those 2 years. When we had no success, I was referred to Dr. Kiltz. We chose to do an IUI cycle. And luckily our 1st cycle was a success. THANK YOU!! I don’t know where our family would be without you!!!!

Jim & Linda’s Story

We decided we wanted to have a baby on the way home from our honeymoon … that was in November 1999. Being in my mid thirties and my husband in his forties we knew this may be a long journey but one we were willing to take.  After trying for 1 year on our own we sought help from my OB/GYN … we lost another 6 months. Through a close friend I heard of CNY Fertility.  Maryanne met us at the door like we were family and we felt that way every time we came.  We went through 4 years of tests, needles and disappointment. But with the help of Dr kiltz and his staff and acupuncture we now have a beautiful 3year old named Grace who is the light of our life!

Ken & Leslie’s Story

After a long and stressful time trying to get pregnant, Noah Kenneth was born on May 15, 2008.  My husband and I had spent many years trying to start our family and visiting many specialists.  It wasn’t until we met with Dr. Grossman last year that we honestly felt that we were in the right hands, and now we have our miracle to prove it.    After many consultations and trips between Dr. Kiltz and Dr. Grossman, we heard our great news.  We were finally pregnant!!!  The staff was phenomenal at both clinics.  We were treated with priority and care at every visit.  Everyone
became like family to us.   We had truly felt defeated until CNY Fertility came into our lives.  Your care and compassion will never be forgotten.

Students Comment on Dr. Kiltz’ Visit

Recently Dr. Kiltz visited Mr. Garrett’s Biology class at Skaneateles Central High School. He has given talks before to Mr. Garrett’s class but this one was very different. Usually he comes in and talks with the kids about the science of fertility – his profession/business. Dr. Kiltz owns several Fertility Centers and also Healing Arts Centers. The kids were expecting to hear something having to do with one or both of his businesses and were pleasantly surprised. This time Dr. Kiltz talked with the children about positive attitudes.
