Dr. Rob’s 12 Minute Meditation, October 29th, 2009
October 29, 2009 by Dr. Rob
Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation:
Cooking up life, adding the spice
This I do first thing in the am
To focus on the breath, the energy of life
In slow and focus on thee
The breath in one two three
Feel the energy spice up me
Cooking up life is all up to me
This practice I know will brighten and glow
Walking in the garden, tai chi, lotus
Let the unwanted thoughts simply flow and go
Meditative music in the background
Each day this builds the molecules
Namaste

Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation, September 22nd, 2009
Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation:
I converse with loving thoughts of thee
I begin this day, as each and every day with the breath
Deep inward, bringing the beauty of life to each and every cell of the body
Feel the energy of thee, as you converse with me, with the mantra that creates me
The thoughts and the words, make you me, breathe in, slowly release through the mouth
Bring a smile to your face, as you feel the beauty move and surround thee
With the breath, words, and meditative music flowing in and out of thee
Surround yourself with the energy that you wish to be
Walking in the garden, sitting lotus, candle light flickering, tai chi
The unwanted thoughts will simply leave me as I focus on the positive mantra, the breath
Loving thoughts of thee, my conversation of this day
Namaste

Meditation: I see the beauty of the garden of life
12 minute meditation:
I see the beauty of the garden of life
First thing in the morning, a simple thing to blossom the mind
Start with the breath, in through the nose and smile out with the mouth
A positive mantra, affirmation or intention
A repetitive thought that creates the molecules to bathe each and every cell of the body
Then to send the energy beyond your physical self, this attracts the energy of your life
Walking in the garden, sitting comfortably with feet on the ground and hands on the lap
Try some simply Tai Chi, slow purposeful movements, a dance
Positive and meditative music in the background
Let the unwanted thoughts of yesterday, worries, fears, float in then float out again
By simply coming back to the breath, the positive mantra, stillness or movement
To practice this each and every day, I create my awesome day
To love all, forgive all and no judgment today
My thoughts create my things in life, for we are each amazing and awesome in life
Namaste,
Dr. Rob
