Thank You for My Little Miracle to Come
December 3, 2009 by Dr. Rob

I want to thank you for making my dreams come true. I was sent to you by Dr. Brandeis to do my procedure. Through out the whole process I kept very positive about getting pregnant, but when my husband and I met you it made me feel like this was really going to happen for me. I knew I was finally going to be a mother. You made us feel so comfortable and you assured us that we were going to have babies not one but two. I am happy to tell you that I am 22 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. It was going to be twins but one did not develop, but I thank god and I thank you for making my dreams come true.
Sincerely yours,
Brenda and Enrique Infante

With out you we wouldn’t have him.

If not for Dr. Rob
October 19, 2009 by Dr. Rob

If it wasn’t for Dr. Rob looking outside the box and telling me not to give up, on what seemed to be the impossible, then my mornings would not consist of the beautiful smile that melts my heart when I walk into my daughter’s room. I would not have those little “strong” arms grabbing me around my neck to hug me. I wouldn’t hear the squeals of laughter from down the hall as she let’s me know “Mommy, I am awake now.” I thank God everyday for this precious gift to my life. I thank CNY Fertility for giving me the only chance I would have had to be a Mom. The staff made me feel like they knew me my entire life from day one and It was hard to say goodbye. I will always be grateful to you all! Especially Chris for listening to me and helping me when I needed someone the most. I have learned through this that if there is even the slightest chance, giving up should not be an option! You just have to believe it can happen, visualize it, dream it, and without doubt you will achieve it.

Kristen’s twins by IVF
July 30, 2009 by Dr. Rob

I just don’t know how to thank Dr. Kiltz and the CNY Fertility staff for all that they did for us. After trying to conceive for 6 years through injectables and insemination with no luck we turned to IVF at our local hospital in Rochester. After that IVF failed I was told not to try IVF again. We met with Dr. Kiltz about a year later as a last result. He told us to give one more IVF a try. At that point we had donors picked out. We really thought Dr. Kiltz was crazy for telling us to do IVF after Strong Fertility Center telling us to not even bother doing IVF again. After meeting with Dr. Kiltz, my husband and I figured we would give it one last try. A couple months later after starting my 2nd IVF cycle we found out I was pregnant with twins . We are now the proud parents of a boy and girl. I have attached a photo. We owe so much to him and his staff. They have changed our lives in an amazing way. I cannot begin to tell you how much your efforts have brought such joy to our lives. You are all amazing people.

The best decision we ever made
May 22, 2009 by Dr. Rob
Thank you Dr. Kiltz and the WONDERFUL staff at CNY Fertility Center. John and I think of you all often and can’t believe how blessed we were to have had the opportunity to be so well cared for during our difficult journey. All seemed hopeless and we found you and through the grace of God and your amazing ability and holistic approach we are parents to two beautiful boys!! We will never forget your patience and that you genuinely cared for us – we were never a number!!
- Please everyone who reads this – My husband and I had multiple problems – the cards were stacked against us and we became parents not once but twice!! God bless and keep the faith!!
After thirteen long years…
When I first started treatments with Dr. Kiltz I never expected to become a mother , by this time I was in my late 20’s and had never been on birth control. I was married for five years to a man I loved more than life, although me not feeling like a Woman was tearing our relationship apart. Finding out that I had PCOS, changed my life dramatically. Dr. Kiltz had known how to treat me all along , without having to go to other Doctors. I was on a few different treatments, and ended up taking a few months off during the Holiday’s. I planned on starting injectables the following year. On March 5, 2006 at the age of 31, I found out that I was pregnant for the first time after trying for 13 years , me and my husband couldn’t believe it. Dr. Kiltz was instrumental in me carrying my son to term, since there is a high rate of women with PCOS and miscarriages. On 10-31-2006 my life started with the birth of my son Shawn Jr. I owe Dr. Kiltz my eternal gratitude for my beautiful miracle , for that is what all children are. My son is truly my life , a gift from above. I am now 34 and would love more children , but if it doesn’t happen… it’s OK.
Thank You again , Dr. Kiltz and your Staff at CNY Fertility Center.

Kaden is a big brother
May 14, 2009 by Dr. Rob

As a continuation from my first story, here is a picture of Kaden, 2, and his brother Zackery ,who is 3 months in this picture. Do not give up faith because life does throw you miracles, my boys are proof of that, and worth the struggle. Although CNY Fertility Center did not have as big of a role in Zackery as they did with Kaden, without them chances of me being a Mom would be almost zero.
So, to all of the staff at CNY Fertility Center and Dr. Kiltz, God bless and thank you!
Terri’s story
May 14, 2009 by Dr. Rob
Here are my own success stories… Lindsey, 4, born 1/5/05, and Aubrey and Sydney, soon to be 3, born 5/16/06. All 3 are the result of injectables/IUI. I never sent baby pics, but here they are now, doing great, and enjoying their first visit to the beach in Florida.
I also wanted to say thank you to everyone in the entire office for making us feel well cared for during our 3+ years as clients. I’ve referred a few clients your way, and one of my friends is now expecting, she thanked me several times for telling her about you.
Forever a fan of CNY Fertility Center,
Terri
Strong sense of community and support
April 17, 2009 by Kristen Magnacca

The Love and Infertility Workshop Series might have ended but the friendship and camaraderie built is still going strong. The Latham Group has developed a strong sense of community and support. CNY Fertility Center completely understands the mind, body and soul approach to creation and that is why these workshops are Dr. Rob’s gifts. If you haven’t attended a workshop series as of yet we encourage you to do so. See some of the upcoming dates below. Just like the Latham Group you gain so much more than understanding.
~Blessings, Kristen
