12 minute guided meditation
Your path to less stress and creating your best life
“My guide is my love and imagination”
Start each day first thing upon awakening
Sitting, lying or standing doing tai-chi
Now mix this up and start a walk in the garden,
Or at the park for a lunch time embark
Go slow and easy
Focus on each step with a single breath
Focus on the breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth
Slow and easy, meditative music in the background (the ipod works well)
Breathe in, smile out, 1…2…3…4…5…6….10
Use the words of love and a good life
See the light of the Universe shining and guiding
Move in rhythm to the music and your breath
Feel each cell of your body taking in the energy of love of life
Slow and easy and see the energy flowing from the chest to the feet, chest to the hands, and chest to the head
All the beauty and energy of this life
Repeating, love to all, forgive all and no judgment
Patience in life is the fastest way to immediate gratification
