Daily meditation: Miracle life

12 minute meditation: Miracle life
First thing in the AM, comfortable position, walking slowly, focus on the breath, the energy of love and life
Always come back to the breath, in through the nose and smile out with the mouth
Count to 10, say the words, A Miracle Life, given in loving grace to thee
(the brain knows and works on thought and words, you have control of this)
Let the negative and worrisome thoughts come in and then simply let them go
Come back to the breath and A Miracle Life, easy it is
Listen to the energy of the music, the power of the breath
Flowing to each and every cell in the body
Love all, forgive all, no judgment, the key to an awesome life
Simple yoga position, lotus, child’s pose, easy movement of the hands and arms, moving over your head and coming together at the chest.
A Miracle life this is for you and me, practice each day, and share love to all today
