Our Journey

We have been trying to figure out the words to express our gratitude we have for Dr. Kiltz and his whole staff up at CNY Fertility. I have never met such friendly caring staff, they made me feel very positive about everything and were truly some of the nicest people I have come across. I was referred to Dr.Kiltz from my OB/GYN after laparoscopic surgery determined I had stage 4 endometriosis. In November of 2008, I started with injections of Lupron and Gonal F for IVF. The first round did not work out, my levels were too high so we had to wait a month and then try again, this time it worked. Nine eggs were retrieved and only one worked, so on February 14, 2009 the ONE was transfered and on February 25th I had my confirmed pregnancy. On October 30th I had my beautiful 7 lb 8 oz baby girl. I could never fully express the thanks I have for everyone at CNY. But thank you Dr. Rob and everyone for all your help and support!

Our Baby Boy

This picture is our Handsome baby boy Wyatt. He is 5 months old in this picture. Born on July 5, 2009. We owe it all to Dr. Kiltz and CNY Fertility Center. Words can’t describe how happy you have made us. We can’t thank you enough for bringing this bundle of joy into our lives.

Elise’s Story

After nearly 2 years of unsuccessful fertility treatments at another fertility center my husband and I came to CNY Fertility and thanks to Dr. Rob we are now pregnant with our first child (a girl). We are due April 1 and are so happy!! thank you so much Dr. Rob!!!

Beautiful Twin Boys

What a long journey this has been, but finally God has blessed us with two beautiful boys, Jonathan and Michael. They were born July 2, 2009. WOW!!! Thanks Dr. Rob, Chris Gray and all Albany, NY CNY Fertility staff, your the best!!!!

My baby celebrated his first birthday on Jan 14th

Dr. Kiltz,
I just wanted to update you on the beautiful life that you created for us! Joey has been a joy for us every single day, he is a very healthy and strong little boy! He has just started walking, and he always has a smile on his face. We will be eternally grateful to you, and he is truly an inspiration for people to never give up hope!

Miracles do happen – Jessica

One year ago, I was not truly believing that I was pregnant. It had already been a long and trying road before I had that positive beta. We had lost 2 pregnancies in the 5 years prior. After trying for several years, Dr. Kiltz started me with gonal-f after I did not respond to clomid or femera. Gonal-f and an IUI with prometrium, lovenox, and several other medications got us to a positive beta. I didn’t believe that it would “stick”. My friends, both from real life and online, kept positive thoughts for me.

In January of 2009, we welcomed our son into our lives. He is the light of our life, and we thank Dr. Kiltz and the staff at CNY Fertility Center in Syracuse, NY for helping to bring him to us.
