i started meditation about 6 months ago and it has absolutely changed my life. First i thought i could not do it, too hard, as we often think about so many things. Now i know that everything is easy and it only takes practice. Our thoughts control everything about us and all that we experience in life. Through meditation i have found a new light in my life, a simple way to add love and forgiveness to all and knowing that through the law of attraction, my positive thoughts attract exactly that. I have let go of fear, anxiety and worry. I now have faith in myself and the energy of the Universe that all things happen as they are manifested by me. Through meditation i change the subconscious throught stream, which has an instinctual proctective yet fearful set point for most of us. This energy often prevents us from growth and moving forward in life. For change is the single most constant of the Universe. I can control this change to be exactly what i want it to be utilizing 12 minutes of focused, and controled thought. Andrew Newberg in his book "How God Changes your Brain", demonstrated the benefits of a simple daily meditation. A positive mantra, meditative music, a comfortable position or movement, and focus on the breath.
My most important mantra is that , "this is easy, this is easy." It makes everything easy in life. Before i would say so many things as hard or difficult. This is exactly what they became. I practice the words with yoga and meditation each and every day, no longer focusing on fight or flight exercises.
Give yourself the 21 day experience and see how this creates your most awesome and amazing life.
Namaste and love Dr Rob

it is my pleasure and i always enjoy sharing, and i thank you for being open to new ideas. The energy is within each of us and with simple tools the energy of healing can continue. Maya abdominal massage is energy healing and allows the bodies system to realign to its natural wellness state. It is good to be open to modalities such as acupuncture, massage, meditation, and other ancient techniques. i thank you Chris for always being supportive and open to my sometime crazy ideas and continually being a positive spirit. Love dr rob

This is really a good thing to start in the morning. Most often we don't have time to meditate and are always making excuses for ourselves. Meditation is very powerful. It can be your weapon against depression and negative thinking.

I just love this great and inspirational book.
We all have our own "Great Sadness" inside n we try to deal with it in our own human ways without realising that we don't have to carry it alone!
we have Papa, jesus n the holly spirit to share our healing journey.....
This book changed my perception of God, life and even myself!..... thank you William Young.....

Great article, Claire. Obviously this is only part of the solution but a very important one. I find too many people just take life too seriously. Maybe this is one of the reasons mental health is as bad as it ever was.
