Dr. Rob’s Travel Log, January 6th, 2010

Dr. Rob travel log;
Short and sweet this day of beauty and love. The black sands of Anse Chastanet, the warm people and beauty of the tropics were a treat to explore and highly recommended to all. Now to the white cool blanket of snow and glow with the vibrancy of Upstate New York. Here, I also see and experience awesome and amazing people each day sharing their love of life and gifts of their homes. As we each travel the world, if only in our heads with the reading of tales of beauty and exploration, we recognize that we are all the travelers of the Universe. And with the opening up of the mind to the beauty all around us, we then can see the gift that nature has shown us in the mighty shifts and changes of the weather and the landscape. The sun and sand was great, yet the beauty of snow and cooler temperatures is where I choose to be. And I know that what I think of any thing or place is simply a choice for me. To see the gift of the Universe in all is the key to eternal happiness and joy. My mind and body feels the shift of the joys of my thoughts when they are uplifting. And for me, my home is in me.
My warmest regards to the people of St Lucia and the Jade Mountain Resort. Our travels were spectacular with a helicopter ride from the resort to the airport. An hour drive to an 8 minute spectacular view of the wonders of the island from above. Yet this I know, in the air or on the ground, it is simply all in my head and what I think it is. And for me, I think it all beauty, Gods gift to all we be. Love on this awesome and amazing day and sharing the travels of my life. Never a good bye, all is to see you again, if only in my heart and my mind.

Dr. Rob’s 12 Minute Meditation, January 5th, 2010
January 5, 2010 by Dr. Rob
Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation;
The pitons are the energy on me
As I face the mountains and take a breath
It is with the breath that you energize me
In with the nose and I hold you in me
To feel all of the energy from thy core to thee
This is simple and what you be
As I stand in my pose to greet all of thee
Hands by my side, standing tall in front of thee
Hands move to the top of thee and slowly come to the chest of me
I breathe in slowly and feel the energy fill me
In with the nose and slowly out with the smile
Hands to thy side and then above all of thee
The pinnacle is the top of thee
Hands to thy chest as you energize me
Breath in, breath out
Hands move slowly, side, to top, to chest
Slow and easy movement is the key
The pitons are thy energy, me
Love and Namaste,
Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob, travel log:
Another fantastic day in paradise, for this I see in each and every day of life. Where ever you are, from where ever you have come and to where ever you are going, simply see paradise in the moment of now. It is simply your thoughts that create the experience, for it is all within. Soaking in St Lucia, the beaches, and beauty of all of the sites. A lazy day of lying on the beach yesterday. People watching was the most fun. A young couple with twins about 2 years young playing in the sand and surf. And the couples joy in the moments of their new found experiences of the sand, salt water, and crabs on the beach. The cruise ship arrival brought many tourists to lay and bask on the beach and slumber in the warm yet refreshing Caribbean sea. The young teenage boys showing off to the hordes of young girls with races on the beach. And the girls in their variety of sexy suits to show off their prizes, simply a standing race they were in. The couples of all ages enjoying the surf and the sand, with an occasional pina coloda under the palm umbrella. Read more

Dr. Rob’s Travel Log, January, 4th, 2010, St. Lucia

Dr. Rob’s travel log;
Well in paradise I am, living in the lap of luxury. And what I am finding is that wherever I go the people are the most important part of the travel. And I can tell you that in St Lucia the people are the most generous and kind I have ever met. Everyone shares a hello with a smile. Have a great day and live it slow, is the energy of the island life. Claire and I are sharing a live island slow experience. Simply lying on the beach, lounging in our sanctuary and sharing energy with the Pitons. The volcanic spikes or extrusions rising out of the sea, and touching the heavens. We are staying at Jade Mountain, the amazing resort dream and design of Nick Troubetzkoy as part of the Anse Chastanet. The spectacular views and open air experience is the best camping I have ever had. With a mixture of natural elements, volcanic stone and glass, coral tile and local woods for floors and furniture enable you to feel the energy of the island, one with nature and man’s creativity in its elements. Dr. Rob on my mind, travel blog;
Another awesome and amazing day in the Universe. I thank the eternal energy of the Universe for this life and this moment of now. For it is the happiness of the moments and the gratitude for the gifts of all that I have that make it so. And in the gratitude and thankfulness of all, that the science of the mind attracts exactly what I think. I, along with Gina and Pilar were able to visit a small portion of the expansive and seemingly never ending largest museum in the world, the Louvre. The art housed in this small corner of the Universe has a smattering of man’s creations and moments in time. I am in awe as to the amazing thoughts that are converted into things of beauty and some not so eye appealing. The marble and stone sculptures were my favorites along with the renaissance paintings. Unable to see all in one visit I guess I will have to return to Paris in the near future. Read more
