Video: Easter Sunday Joy

April 4, 2010 by Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob Kiltz and his brother Ray share Easter Sunday Joy from Park City, Utah. Dr. Rob returns to CNY Fertility Center on Monday

Dr Rob: Hello and good morning, its Dr. Rob and brother Ray on a beautiful, beautiful, awesome and amazing Easter Day early in the morning, Park City, Utah.

Ray: Good morning Rob.

Dr. Rob: Good morning Ray.

I just wanted to share my thanks first to all those that have come before us that have created such an awesome and amazing place: this Park City, the slopes and the restaurants, the hotels, and all the services and the people here that have made this all possible for us. Sharing thanks each and every day to all those before us.

And Easter is a celebration…

Ray: Of life and love, and resurrection and joy and happiness. Now you can celebrate it today, but you can parlay, truly parlay Easter every day. It’s just like Christmas, the light of the world, peace on earth, good will towards men – now that you can do every day of the year. Just like Christmas, Easter is a day of celebration, of the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now that’s just on one day, but every day you get up, and Robert that means you, and you over there, every day that you get up you are actually celebrating Eater, because you‘re getting up and you are part of this great human impact, positive impact we have every single day in the lives of others. And that, my friend, is a part of Easter.

Dr. Rob: So in our Easter celebration of resurrection for us all, which is basically saying thank you for each and every day, each and every moment. In our resurrection, our letting go of the past, and imagining the beauty of the future, what we created in the now by saying, “Thank you God for this awesome and amazing day.” Sharing love to all of those around you, your brothers, sisters, your neighbors, your enemies, those people that you consider your adversaries, and your enemies, and your competitors – love them, but you must share it with the thoughts and the words each and every day. All these religious thoughts and concepts are truly about bringing all of us together as one in love. When we see the beauty of that and rather letting go of what we believe is the separation because remember we are all exactly the same each and every day.

Yesterday I had the great opportunity of spending the day with my brothers, Ray and Tom. It was such joy; we just hung out, communed.

Ray: We just hung out yesterday and we had the most amazing and spectacular day. You know my brother said it again: today is truly an amazing, and wonderful and spectacular day. I always say it’s not because my brother said it, yeah he said, but its just true. It’s all about building relationships, and connecting. Earlier in this conversation, Robert, you talked about and honored all the people here that helped make our stay here better. Well we also help make the stay here better for them, for the people next door, and the people on the slopes, because we honored them. Again it goes back to something you said about we are all the same. When you honor others you’re really honoring yourself and you’re sharing your heart with those around you. That’s not just something you can talk about; it’s something that’s there for all of us to express every day.

Dr. Rob: But it is truly in our thoughts and our conversation of “Thank you. I love you. You’re right.” When we share that with all those around us and we visit those people and those places that we are uncomfortable with, to recognize that they are our brothers and sisters.

I also want to say thank you to Edwina, my sister, and Will and Frank for being here and making it all such a spectacular time.

Ray: Will, our nephew and his friend, his buddy at school, and boarding pal Frank, a great guy, they’re both good guys.

Dr. Rob: They spent the day up boarding on the canyons and we spent the time hanging out in Park City. Again have a spectacular Easter when your share love, joy, happiness, forgiveness, no judgment. Remember resurrection is you letting go of the past and seeing the beauty and the present moment of now. Heaven exists right now. Remember all those bumps, all those challenges are the gifts and teaching us, and our growth, and reading and writing positive and loving things. If you’re focused on the gossip, the judgment, the negatives, the news, the worry, remember…

Ray: Misplaced focus.

Dr. Rob: Misplaced focus is right. Jesus says give me your fears, give me your worries, and have faith, that you will stand on solid ground. When you take the step off of that cliff, it is all solid. My blessings this Easter Day to all.

Ray: And God bless you Rob, and God bless all.

Dr. Rob: God bless all. Enjoy the day, as every day on this Easter Sunday.

Ray: Stay happy.

Video: Conquering Mountains in Utah

April 3, 2010 by Dr. Rob

The Kiltz Brothers shares some thoughts in the ski lift after spending part of Good Friday conquering mountains in Utah.

Dr Rob: We’re coming down off the mountain now. We had a great, great time. Just sharing great energy, again and again. And love… love… remember, when you believe everything and anything is possible – it is. So if you wish or want to desire, see it as if it is there right now, that’s all you need to do.

Ray: That’s what Jesus said.

Dr. Rob: Jesus said…

Ray: “Ask and you shall receive.” If you have the faith of a mustard seed to move mountains, you will say, “move that mountain,” and it will move.

Dr. Rob: All good every day. Thank you, Tom, Thank you, Ray.

Ray: God Bless, Thank you, Rob.

Tom: Enjoy.

Dr. Rob: Thank you God for another Good Friday.

Ray: The Kiltz boys have conquered another mountain.

Dr. Rob: Love

Ray: To all.

Video: Each Day, A Good Day

April 2, 2010 by Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob and his brother Ray share positive intentions, thoughts and meditation in the video below, on this Good Friday.

Dr. Rob On My Mind, April 2, 2010

April 2, 2010 by Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob and his brother Ray share words and thoughts for this day, Good Friday.

Dr. Rob: On MindBodySmile someone shared meditation: someone meditate. Meditation is the key to life. Remember every day you meditate with your thoughts. Your thoughts create you and create the vision of all things. If you create a daily mantra, positive, (hmmm) focus on the breath, a little movement and walking, tai chi, yoga is always good. A little music and vibration in the background really brings it all together. With meditation, each day is a good day (hmmm…ah) each breath is a good breath

Ray: My brother Rob says, “You know you need to do this, because it’s a trick.” I say, “You got to do this, but it’s really not a trick.” It’s kind of the way to go. People say it’s a trick because they’re doing something different to get a different result than they’re already getting, but when you realize that you’re just putting yourself in connection with the power of the Universe, you realize its really not a tick, it’s the ways things really are. And that’s why were connecting. So, you can call it a trick to get you going, but it’s the way to go.

Rob: This is why I believe in the three magic words, that “I am God.” Because I control the Universe with my vision and my thoughts. If they’re good, beautiful visions and good, beautiful thoughts and I recognize that God only gives me gifts each and every day, then that’s what they reap.

Ray: Correct.

Dr. Rob: Pain is a gift.

Ray: Because its only good things you get from God, so whatever it is, its good, so it is a gift.

Dr. Rob: It’s all good, it’s all good.

Ray: I want to talk about that gift just for a second. People say, “Well, gee, I got handed this situation, how can that be a gift?” Well, you know what, call it a trick. When you see things more as a gift, rather than “Oh my gosh what have we got now?” It opens up the consciousness to seeing other opportunities. I think that’s where the gift comes and that’s where the blessing is.

Rob: In every failure, mistake, and sin and pain there’s actually a blessing.

Ray: These are just human words, “Oh, the pain. Oh, the sin.” God didn’t create sin, God didn’t create sinners. God created the gift of love, and the gift of God, which is our lives.

Dr. Rob: I always change it, instead of saying, “Oh man, what pain,” I say, “Oh, yeah, I love pain. Whew.”

Ray: If you sit on a hot stove and you didn’t feel it, you’d burn to death. Right. It gives you another opportunity to find a better way.

Dr. Rob: You spoke of some words about prose and poetry, would you share your thoughts on prose and poetry Ray?

Ray: Yes, of course. In canonical readings of our civilization there are words put together by authors that let you know you have a soul and that we have God connecting with us. So people refer to, in literature, prose. There’s an interesting concept, which is, prose… to define prose are words in their best order, whereas poetry are referred to as best words in best order, and they speak to your heart and soul.

Dr. Rob: It is in our thoughts and our words and it’s our actions that create the best order in our lives.

Ray: Metaphorically speaking, that is absolutely correct.

Dr. Rob: My thought is that it’s actually always in best order, it’s always happening.

Ray: How it’s really happening is truly in the best order. That’s what God created.

Dr. Rob: God created everything.

Ray: And it’s good.

Dr. Rob: It’s all good.  Would you share a quote from Ella?

Ray: Ella Wheeler Wilcox, an American writer and poet of the late 19th and early 20th century, spoke of love and life in may different ways. In fact you may recall the secular expression, “When you laugh, the world laughs with you. When you cry, you cry and have sorrow alone.” Well that’s an Ella Wheeler Wilcox quote. But she wrote much poetry that expressed the love and the direction of the heart. One phrase out of a poem comes to mind Robert, which is: “Tis the set of the sail and not the gale that determines the course of our lives. Tis the set of soul that determines the goal and not the time and the stride.” ~ Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Dr. Rob: So as the wind and the gale changes each and every day, all you need to do is reset the sail.

Ray: Set the sail because the goal is already determined and we have to kind of trim the sails to make the wind operate the most effectively for us to reach our goals and our highest aspirations.

Dr. Rob: Beautiful words. It’s the words that we learn each and every day in reading. Remember reading and writing, it’s such an important thing for all of us and finding that love, forgiveness, no judgment. All things come as a gift in life. We’re all souls in the body and the soul is eternal, the body is temporary. Rejoice in the temporary parts of the body and rejoice in the eternal nature of the soul.

Ray: And rejoice in the eternal nature of the soul – again Dr. Rob has just distilled much of what we read and think about into the essence of understanding, truly understanding what we need to be doing, and how we need to be setting our goals every day.

Dr. Rob: Remember read and write each and every day and share positive love to all. And I thank my brother Ray.

Ray: And I thank my brother Rob.

Dr. Rob: For sharing words today, Love Dr. Rob.

Ray: From beautiful…

Dr. Rob: Park City…

Ray: Park City, Utah.

Dr. Rob: Alright.

Ray: God bless.

Dr. Rob: God bless.

Dr. Rob Kiltz from Dallas, Texas to Salt Lake City, Utah

April 1, 2010 by Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob Kiltz was away from his CNY Fertility & Healing Arts Centers this week as he traveled to Dallas, Texas for a business convention and then from there onto Salt Lake City, Utah for some skiing, snow boarding and fun in the snow with family and friends.

Dr. Rob On My Mind, March 31, 2010

March 31, 2010 by Dr. Rob

Dr. Rob takes a moment to share his thoughts as he prepares to leave Dallas, Texas and head north to Salt Lake City, Utah for some snowboarding and connecting with friends and family.

Sharing some thoughts on my mind on another beautiful day. On my way from Dallas today to Salt Lake City to be with my brothers, friend Jeremy. We’re going up to Park City, Utah to do some snowboarding and skiing and connect. Somehow from nothing, from nothing we all came and it is all here with the same energy that created all things and we are part of that. We are all the same. And we are back on track because wherever you are in the right now is where you are meant to be. That is the lesson. This is where you are now and see it with the beauty that all things are good and perfect exactly as they are. Then you will begin to see the amazing things in front of you and you’ll begin to build and play even more amazing things. For wisdom is truly nothing while love is everything.

None of this really matters very much, so why not see it as the beauty and awesome and amazing right in the now no matter what it is. For it is all good. For heaven and earth are one and the same, it is within all of us. To see the track of love that we are all the same. When you can see that love in all people exactly as you, you can let go of judgment. And when you can let go of judgment, fear, worry, regret. Remember the past is history. The future is the mystery, and the present is the right now that you have. “Thank you God for this awesome and amazing day in the right now.”

Remember, it is all the story and you are creating it. You can choose to believe whatever you choose to believe, but it is all a story – that is it, created as the most awesome, amazing, beautiful story, that is what I like to see. No judgment, no sin, no fear, no retribution, let it go. This is the beauty of the inner self, allow it to blossom with passion. Create your passion of wherever you are right now, say, “I love this, its awesome and amazing.” When you share how terrible things are, well then that’s what they will be. But in fact if they are beauty and a gift the creativity part will come out and shine and blossom.

Allow your unique flair to come out every day – open up! Remember connect with positive, loving people, by you seeing that in them. Read positive, uplifting things every day. Turn off the news, the gossip. Its beautiful weather whatever it is because you are there living in the now. Simply change your thoughts and change all life. It’s a practice every day. Step back and say, “Yes, you’re right. I love you. How may I help?”

For loving energy is in all, yes all things. We are all on this track together. Everything and everyone is from the same energy. I like to call that God. Its all science, its all there in the now. Enjoy this day, pick up a good book today – positive, uplifting and sharing. Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, thousand of sages throughout time have shared their wonders. You are in charge of your life. You are in charge of your life. As we enjoy the beauty here in Dallas and more to come in Park City, Utah, my love to you, Dr. Rob on this awesome and amazing day.

Oh yes, and one other thing because the quote, the quote of the day – this one is from Joseph Campbell. I love Joseph Campbell. “If you follow your bliss you put yourself in the kind of track, which has been there all the while, waiting for you. And the life that you ought to be living is the one you ARE living.” See that in each and every day. You are on the right track. See it as beautiful now. Its okay to shift and move around, but keep on moving forward. Again enjoy the day. Love to you, Dr. Rob.
