First thing in the morning, or any additional time of day to relax and let go of stress
To change the subconscious mind, the beast that often reacts negatively in life
These are the methods to tame the beast
Focusing on the beauty of your life and the positive words and music will create this harmonious sense
A calm and loving feeling for yourself and for all people in life
Sitting in a comfortable position, focusing on the breath, in through the nose… slow
And contemplate the beauty and energy of life flowing as you breathe in
Try Tai Chi or walking in the garden
Hold the breath in for a moment and slowly let it out through the mouth, with a smile, letting all of the negative energy go
Taking in another breath, beautiful love and energy of life, slow and focused, hold it in for a moment, contemplating the ocean of love and the beauty of life

I meditate and create the day
Focus on the breath, the first gift of life

Sitting, lotus position, walking in the garden, Tai-Chi
A daily positive mantra / affirmation
Life’s price is affordable and abundant to me
Breathe in through the nose and smile out with the mouth
Let the unwanted thoughts come in and let them flow easily out
Simply refocus on the positive thoughts and words, a mantra, affordable and abundant life
Energy flowing to each and every cell of the body, molecules positive and loving
Do this at least once a day, this is how I start the day
Love everyone, forgive everyone and no judgment in life

I roll the dice and love everyone today
First thing that I do when I awake each day
To focus on the breath, the first gift of life
The first thing that I did in my independent life
From birth each day I breathe in the energy of love
In through the nose and smile out through the mouth
A positive mantra or affirmation of the day
Meditative music in the background
Sitting in the lotus position, walking in my garden, Tai Chi, it all feels good to me
It only takes 12 minutes each day to create the molecules in the brain
These positive molecules flow to each and every cell in your body and change their structure
Each cell is happier, loving and beautiful in life
I use the words to change the Universe and love life
Positive and focused on the breath, easy movements in life each day
This is how I start my day (no radio news or television)
Remember to read and listen to positive words in the day
