Good morning! It’s a beautiful Winter day, as is every day. Today, I’m going to share about The Energy of Potential. We are all energetic beings and harnessing our positive energy will help us to Live Our Best Life.
The potential we all have living and breathing inside of us creates abundant energy. The energy of things to come, things we desire, things we fear, and things that are within our grasp. It is up to us to tap into that energy and maximize the potential of our being. It is how we handle this energy that will determine the outcome.
There are many reasons why some of us are unable to tap into the energy of our own potential. Fear, motivation, and self esteem being three of the major factors. When we shift our thinking to disallow negative attitudes and thoughts into our consciousness, we are then able to allow ourselves the opportunity to reach our potential. Give yourself the opportunity to be who you are meant to be and revel in the joy of your potential. Know that you will get there by believing that you will.
Dr. Rob’s Weekly Exercise:
Write a list of all of the negative things you say to yourself. Everything you can think of. You’ll be familiar with these thoughts because you carry them around with you willingly.
Once you have the list formed, spend a few minutes reading each one out loud. How does it sound? Does it sound like these thoughts will help you achieve your potential?
Take the list and crumple it up. Throw it in the garbage. Allow yourself to get rid of these limiting thoughts. Once you’ve thrown out your negative list, create a new list with some positive thoughts. Recite these new thoughts often and they will soon be part of your mind, just like the old ones were.
