Greetings!

The topic I’ve had on my mind lately is SELFLESS LOVE so today I’ll share a little on how it can help you to Live Your Best Life.

Imagine yourself loving unconditionally your partner, your children, your family, your neighbors, your friends, and coworkers. Sharing your energy with them without any expectations of love coming back. Sending out positive rays of light and hope with loving gestures that project an aura of positivity around everyone you come into contact with.

Selfless love is when we love others regardless of their circumstances, behaviors, attitudes or beliefs. We love them without judgment or fear. We are able to see past the external things that don’t matter and clear them away to make way for light and truth.

When you project selfless love, you are sharing a part of your being and teaching others how to selflessly love by inspiring them to do the same.

Dr. Rob’s Weekly Exercise:

Using Dr. Rob’s 3 G’s (Gratitude, Goals & Game Plan) apply these principles to selfless love. What or who are you thankful for? What are your goals in relation to your gratitude? And finally, what is your game plan for accomplishing your goals?

Example:

Gratitude: I am thankful for my siblings and the love I have inside for them.

Goals: I will selflessly love and guide my siblings without the expectation that they will “owe me one”. I will simply nurture the relationships, because I love them.

Game Plan: Offer to watch my sister’s child one night per week to give her some downtime, and help my brother work on his resume, because I know he doesn’t feel fulfilled at his job anymore. Continue to support my siblings without expectation.
