Greetings!

Let’s spend some time focusing on DREAMING and how it can help you to Live Your Best Life.

Our dreams are the manifestation of our hopes, fears, and subconscious thoughts communicating to us while we sleep. Our dreams hold the key to everything we desire and need to live our best, most -inspired life. Sometimes our dreams can give us a sense of purpose and direction in life, and often, when we most need it.

Dreams also apply to our waking lives and prompt us to act based on knowledge or insight we have gained during sleep. Our higher self sends messages to us while we are sleeping that are for our highest good, secrets from the universe.

Even our aspirations and deepest desires appear in our dreams, and are sometimes even born from dreams. Realizations and epiphanies can occur when we are in touch with both our waking self and our subconscious thoughts.

Dr. Rob’s Exercise:
We often awake thinking about a dream we just had, wondering what its deeper meaning is. Keep a notebook beside your bed with a pen, when you awake from a dream that had an impact on you, write it down. How did the dream make you feel? What hidden messages may be contained in the dream? How can you apply that dream to your waking life to accomplish your goals?

Keeping a dream journal will help you keep in tune with your spiritual self, and allow you to explore your creativity, desires, and solve problems that are stressors to your daily life.

If you have a problem, a question, or something you’d like guidance on, fall asleep thinking about this. Ask your higher self to send you a message. When you wake, write down everything you remember.
