Hello, good morning, Dr. Rob
Another awesome and amazing day in the universe
Random Acts of Kindness, an intention this day

Yes, a simple thing for you and I
To simply give and love the day
To be kind I say and generous thy way
And most of all, nothing personal I say
But truly we move with goodness this day
To help not hinder, but elevate I say
Love thy enemy for they are thy self
For this is the key to all you be – to love
To love and be generous in all of life
Nothing, nothing to fear
For Faith Evolves And Restores thy might
Random acts of kindness I say
Always turns dark to light and loves thy way
The old and ancient self does hurt
But move above, God’s gift the dirt
From there comes you and I
We be perfect you see in God’s love it be
Now allow and let go for God is you
And faith and kindness, and gratitude you sow
Random it be and perfect you see
For the garden grows from kindness you see
Not from judgment, fear, or worry
It sits still this day and loves thy way
For all so perfect in God’s great day
Now blessings and love to you, I say
