Hello, good morning, Dr. Rob. Bridge builder or bridge burner—which do you be? The key to life is our key to connections and we are social beings. We vibrate, connect, share, and grow. Life unfolds every day as we build relationships with love, honesty, care, good, generosity, and gratitude. If all you do is burn bridges and take things personally, judge negatively, and focus on all the bad things in life, and all the terrible people out there that make a lot of money that are only out there to harm you—you are a bridge burner. You’re building walls and isolating yourself. The trick to this beautiful life is to be a bridge builder, a connector—gracious and good every day. The universe knows how to grow and connect. This big rock we’re on called Earth is about building bridges. All these bonds that have taken this atmospheric soup, this gaseous stuff out there, brought them together in building bonds and bridges that allow us to thrive in amazing ways. The bridge burners—we go back to that gaseous state where we simply float out into nothingness, and we live in fear, worry, regret, and judgment. It is a challenge sometimes to love and forgive those that you think are against you. Remember, God only creates amazing, good things. If you expect the unexpected with joy and love, amazing things unfold.
The bonds we build in relationships even when those relationships seem to be broken and we should walk away and someone’s not kind, generous, or nice to us. Don’t lash out with that same energy, come back with love, generosity, kindness, and good—it’s a practice. Put your arms out there and open them up, connect, and bond with love and forgiveness. It feels hard some days, and it feels like it may harm you—let it go. Peek into God, each of us as God—that is come into the joy of life with forgiveness and love. Building bonds is building relationships, and building creativity. We’re all co-creators in this universe. There’s no such thing as competition. We’re simply all co-creating with these bonds of the universe. Keep bonding; keep building, dousing the flames of the bridge burning. Let go of the bridge burning in your life. There’s always time to build them again, and come back in life to love and share forgiveness. Now share this awesome and amazing day as you build the bonds of love, connectedness, harmony, generosity, and kindness. Blessings, this is Dr. Rob just sharing some thoughts and ideas in the universe.
