Dr. Rob and understanding the east and the west. We call or think them places or geography, but in fact, one is the mind, the east within, and the outer the west, the creative part of what is out there. Or the reality that we think is out there that creates what’s in here. The western thinking thinks reality, decides who and what we are. The east understands that who and what we are is what creates reality.
To come to the east, is to come within. This is where we truly grow in life. To take the time to practice the patience. To care for what’s inside for each of us. To care for the words, the comments, and the thoughts every day. Every day, I say, please forgive me and thank you God for this day, I love you.
We create our beliefs, our thoughts are that. That transcends and creates our reality ‘out there’, as simple as that! How do we shift and make it different? Practice every day; practice words of love, forgiveness, kindness, and generosity, and good. Nothing, nothing to fear but that which you fear itself. Simply begin to think love, and love it will be. All gracious you see in the gods that we be. Nothing out there, for all created in here, where we think it be. The east is in, the west is out. The west, that thing that we think is reality, the east is the spirit, the mind, and the thoughts that create everything that it be.
Patience and patience, and practice it be. Simply love this is the key. Yes, every day there are the thoughts of that reality ‘out there’ that stress and strain on us. The economy, the weather, our friends, our family, judgment, guilt, worry, the enemy—bring it to love and let it all go. I know, I too, have played that game. Someone and something pushes at me. No! I create the something that pushes and pulls at me. There is nothing, nothing, nothing out there—this I know. The flow of the universe is only what you think it is and nothing more. Every day, I travel to the east. More and more, I travel to the east, to the spiritual realm of life. A breath and a smile, and slow it down, share the words Thank you God for this day, I love you.
Now blessings to you and enjoy, Dr. Rob
