Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation;
Sun to snow is all love I know
The music of life greets me this day
As I take a breath and share the beauty to be
This is the way I start my day
With the thoughts of the beauty in all that I see
And what I see is in thy head, I be
All beauty is life, a breath for me
In with the nose and feel the energy
It touches every cell of me, from thee
The flakes fall and touch all of me
With beauty, a snow flake, I see in me
And I see the flake in all of thee
Walking this garden of life is thee
In with the nose and it touches all I see
And I simply see, in me, the beauty of thee
