Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation;
The impressionists me, and color thee
The start of the breath I begin the day
A smile and a thanks to all I say
As I walk the garden of Giverny
Colors and light splash love with might
A breath in with the nose and smile out I be
Touching and feeling the artist in me
For we are all artists, this I see
All good and gifts of thought to be
As I walk in the garden of the impressionists life
Colors and lines, light and love
This breath flows into all of me
And the vibrations fill all of thee
The gardens of life are in me
