Dr. Rob on my mind;

The beauty of the day is upon us, in the Here and the Now. I am blessed this day to travel to Paris with my daughter Pilar and her mother Gina, my friend and one I love, always. The connections in life are strong and despite my not living with Gina, nor Pilar for that matter, I have found a place to enjoy everyone and anyone. This is the beauty of the work, simple to not go where others might dare to go, wallowing in any unhappiness and sorrow. We are all here for a short trip and the travel journey of life. And all around the world we are sharing the blessings and beauty of loving all in life. I practice letting go of the unwanted thoughts and unhappiness in life. I do not look back or forward to what was and should have been or the sorrow of what will not be due to past events. I use the words, ”thank you God for the gifts of this day,” all of them. And with the power of thought, I am the creator of the beauty of each and every day, each and every person. What I share are simple thoughts of the beauty of life. The words are there to guide us each and every moment of this beautiful travel log. Jesus understood that right reaction is the supreme art of life. In the simple sentence: Resist not evil. He gave us the gift of not giving power to that which we resist. For we in fact create the evil within. Our thoughts and opinions are the power of the Universe. I simply send love and forgiveness to all, myself first and then to my enemy. In fact, my enemy is me and all are my brothers and sisters in life. In fact we are all children of the same creator. Let us share thoughts and words of love.

For we are all one and the same. Hurling yourself at a problem is a sure way of resisting and creating stress. Remember, resistance elicits stress hormones, cortisol, from the H-P-A axis, and lowers our immune status and sends blood to the extremities. That is away from the core, brain stomach, reproductive and nutrient centers. Our instinctual drive still sees lions, tigers, and bears. Most of our stressors are in fact habitual negative thoughts. The simple replaying of our environmental past experiences. The neo cortex can change this with simple practice of the positive and loving reasoning, thought. Observe your thoughts, let the negative thoughts go and come to focus on positive loving energy to all things. Remember, all things and people are your teachers and you are the master student. See and feel God and love in all things. This is simply a thought of what I think it is and amazingly this is what it becomes.  We think we have our own separate travel destinations, and yet we are often sharing the same stops on the way, on the journey of life. And in fact, the destination is the same. Heaven, here in the right now, if you choose it to be. I have learned to love everyone, no matter their opinion of me or of anyone else. This is the key since our thoughts of anything or anyone else is how they are created in the Universe. I am beauty and so are thee, all part of me and the destination is to HE. Where ever you are in the travels of the day, in your life, love it and all that you connect with. This is a simple practice, in the blink of an eye will create exactly that. For it is all easy if you think it so.  Blessings to all of thee on this God gifted day, Namaste
