Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation:
Good thoughts are all in the book
And the book is you and it is me
And with the breath I bring it all from thee
A simple thing to breathe in thee
In with the nose and hold in thee
Allow it to flow and out with the smile
To touch all of me and make me see
To create the see, a vision, and then it will be
Walking in the garden of this book, loving life
It is a blessing from the energy and the light
In the garden, sharing the music, enlightening me
As I walk and do simple tai chi, this is what I see
In the good book of thee, unwanted thoughts flow away from me
A positive and loving thought, music, light walking or stretching
A simple movement is the key
Slow it down, take a breath, think, say
Beauty is me and I share with all of thee
Yoga is the key to feel the energy of thee
You can run all you want, but the key is to read the book of thee
Slow down and take a breath, in with the nose and all is thee
Simply remember to keep at it and it will all come with practice
