Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation;
The beacon of light guides my life
As the breath comes in, my life begins
It fills all of me and then I see
From the darkness to the light
Breath in and a smile out
Walking in the garden is life
Easy this is, with a simple breath in
The energy fills all of me, this I see and be
The love and the light all from he
Meditative music is flowing into all of me
Unwanted thoughts go away from me
All beauty and what I be, love from thee
A positive thought, breath, music and movement
Easy tai chi, and walking with he, all  in my head
And this I see all life from he, the father of me
And we are all one, all blessing and fun
