Thank you for this bonus, this life
With breath I bring it in, the energy of thee
All with the thought of you and me
The energy fills my lungs I see
The light is you and the light is me
In with the nose and it fills the love from thee
I hold it in and let it flow, all with a smile I see
This is the beauty, the bonus of life
Walking in the garden, simple tai chi
The meditative music fills thee
The unwanted thoughts go out of me
This I see with the breath of thee
In with the nose and out with the smile
The energy created from all of thee
Love is simple and the key
