Dr. Rob on my mind;

The beautiful white stuff is finally coming down, wonderful flakes and a winter pristine wonderland. On my slow and easy drive in today, before the plows this AM, I listened to Napoleon Hill and W. Clement Stone on the principals of a successful life. They spoke of the sleeping giant within each of us and the potential to live a joyous and happy life no matter the obstacles or bumps on the road. Today, I think of snow drifts and icy conditions. One of my colleagues, Mary Anne, spoke of the scary and frightening conditions on the drive in today. I thought that they were a challenge, all you needed to do was slow down, and simply have faith that you will be fine no matter what happens. And within each of us is the power, the energy source of the creator, guiding us in every moment on the way. We are all the giants and she is in each and every one of us. You simply must practice the power of the words, positive, loving and uplifting is the practice. Read a self help book each and every day. I always listen to audio books in my car, Positive Automobile University, this is my daily practice, to uplift and always add positive food to my brain. For thousands of years humans have been practicing exactly this. For the simplest concept in the Universe is this; “you are what you think you are.” If you are focusing on negative thoughts and worry, this is exactly what the fear centers of the brain are going to see. Yet if you focus on the positive beauty of each and every moment, including driving in a challenging snow storm, you are always safe. The giant is guiding you and she is within, not outside in the storm. But you must tap into her energy, each and every day and each and every moment. The amazing thing is that this is all science, for our thoughts create the molecules that respond to a positive or negative conscious or subconscious thought, leading to the reaction or the response. This is what touches the giant and creates all of us.  Shake thy giant each and every day, create thy thoughts, words and actions that wake the giant within. Yet the key is to practice and believe.  To simply have faith that the worries and fears are not what you think. All things happen as they are meant to be, a gift and blessing from the creator for each of us to learn on the journey.
Namaste,
Dr. Rob
