Holiday seasons are not always the same from year to year. Some are more wonderful than others. In any year, December is usually a stressful month for most of us. Some of us are grieving losses from the preceeding year, missing children who might be far away, navigating blended family issues, estranged family issues, and dealing with relatives who can be demanding or difficult.

ARE YOU:

  • Finding it hard to get into the spirit of the season?
  • Wondering how you can do things better this year?
  • Absolutely determined to do things better this year!
  • Hoping that you will be able to enjoy the holidays too?
