Dr. Rob On My Mind, November 24th, 2009

Dr. Rob Kiltz
Dr. Rob on my mind;
The challenges in life, not feeling great or the struggles we fight. This is the challenge for each of us, day in and day out. But this is simply just a thought of what I think it all is. The hardships of life, are not hard, but simply opportunities for growth and development. Again, that is if I think it is. If I focus on the difficulties, and unfairness of an experience, my mind will create the molecules and vibration, the energy that attracts more difficulties and unfairness. This is the self fulfilling prophecy of life. As I come back to the joy  and gifts of each and every experience, and meditate on the beauty that it brings to me, I am now the creator of all things, I choose to make them all good, and none bad. If you choose to see all things as good, gifts on the journey, they will help you grow and create, and see the beauty of life. We are thoughts and words, visions and fantasy. This is where  our reality comes in to play. Our true fear is that of death, and our instinctual struggles are always in the protection mode. For life is intimately connected to death, for each and every cell in the universe is a constantly changing entity. Energy is eternal, moving at light speed forward, and the physical self is the temporary vessel, container of you, the energy. Billions of cells are dying each and every day within each of  us, yet we still exist. Dance and play, learn and live, love and most importantly, forgive all, especially thy self. With the practice of positive thoughts, you are the creator of your most amazing dance, your life. We are all one as we speak our words, and share the goodness, in all things of life.
Enjoy this and every day,
Love,
Dr. Rob
