Another spectacular and amazing day in the Universe
The gift of pain, challenges and pushes me
I wake up this day with a challenge
The pain in my back, a matter of fact
It starts there and radiates everywhere
It really tweaks my right front leg
Or is this simply just in my head
My back and my leg says, oooooh no
But this I know, a challenge is here, in front of me to go
The gift of this, and everything that comes
To teach me of life and what I do not know
I say “Thank You God” for this awesome way
All things that come are a blessing you say
I am simply working through this gift, in the day
Self healing and self treatment is a start
And advice from others is good I see
With the healing touch and energy of thee
This is the journey that I love and be
Pain is my gift of the day I say

Dr. Rob on my mind;
A beautiful and awesome day again, gifted to all of thee. As we evolve and move forward in life and we address the challenges on our  way. A challenge to get up, bathed, dressed and out the door. Maybe a sign to rest and not do much more. But for me I am up and out today, with the blessings of you and others helping me this day. Some ice and a brace, Motrin and rest for my back. I am taking it easy and slowing down today. Not much to say this day as I meditate and feel the healing coming my way. Share healing touch and prayer to those feeling the pain, and the gifts of everything that comes our way.
