Dr Rob’s 12 minute meditation;
The beauty is you, as I breathe in this day
I start with the breath, in slow and allow all to glow
A feeling of you, a breath again
Allow the breath to fill the lungs and touch each cell
Bathe and energize all of you
In one, smile out two
In one, smile out two
In one, smile out two
The beauty is you, within each of me and you
Walking in the garden, simple tai chi
Positive thoughts and blessings for all of thee
And my thoughts in me create all of you and me
In one, smile out two
In one, smile out two
In one, smile out two
Allow the unwanted thoughts to flow
Then simply let them go
Only 12 minutes a day, the blessing from you
