Good morning to all and a fantastic day in the Universe
Chill it down, crystallize to one, my intention this day
Another fantastic day in the Universe
To see life as grand and all part of the plan
Moving and moving at above light speed
This is the energy of life’s energy blast
This is how I feel each day I lead
With a thought of life all moving so fast
The life and the light of gods energy might
Sharing my words of the gifts, this life
No fear or fright, simply the energy of life
Bumping and bumping, moving so fast,
Simply the blink of the light, not sure it will  last
Now chill it down and do not frown
Let it solidify, the crystals of loving life
Solidify and gel, all part of the melding to one
For we are all one, the energy mass
The warmth of the chill, eternal at will
A simple thought this is, how can this be
For all is simply a thought, the energy of thee
Chill it down, crystallize to one
Bind us to one, l love all in life

Dr rob on my mind

Always moving at light speed, this is what it seems. Today I slow down and share my love of my sister Maria Anne. A blessing of life, an energy eternal and bright. She physically lived to 52, yet now I know that all is eternal in life. With a thought from me, of the love and blessings she shared in life. Her love of horses, always a smile in the day and sharing the words of a great day. Two wonderful children, Justin and Jessica, all gifts from God. Despite her diabetes since age 4, heart failure and near blind, she always had a smile on her face, and always seemed to enjoy the day. She is my inspiration of life, the eternal nature of love and that our circumstances do not create the day, but our attitude is the key. She taught me to put a smile on your face each and every day, sending the energy of joy to each and every cell of the body. The vibration then is shared to each and every person, every entity  in the Universe.  This is the blessing of life, of love to all. A happy birthday wish to Maria Anne, helping me each day to chill it down, crystallize and come together with the love of all in life.
