Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation:
Joy is the meant to be moment
A blessing is this day as I focus on the breath
This is how I start the day, joy in thought and the breath
In with the nose, fresh and clean and healing is thee
I feel the breath bathe all of me
To grow and glow with the breath from thee
As I walk the garden and feel the energy of thee
This is what is meant to be
The meditative music flows into all of me
The breath in and the smile out from thee
The energy flows and with the breath from thee
In with the nose and out with the smile
Allow the unwanted thoughts to come and go
All normal and meant to be
To learn and teach me as I journey with thee
My blessings on this journey and meant to be
