Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation;
A gentle nudge, a hug from thee
As I begin the  day, I start with the breath
The energy of the universe and of all things
I feel the breath hug and touch each and every cell of the body
In with the mouth, out with the smile
Slow and easy and a gift I see, now feel from the touch
Meditative music in the background
Easy and meant to be just for thee
I say thank you for the hugs today, as each and every day
Walking in the garden and simple tai chi
Allow the unwanted thoughts to come and let them go
Come back to the breath and the mantra
A gentle nudge, a hug from thee
Do this for simply 12 minutes each day and this will energize life’s way
