Dr. Rob’s 12 minute meditation for today:
Tie it up in a bow, life is the beauty I see

I start each day with my 12 minutes of meditation
A simple breathing exercise to focus on the breath
It can be breathe in one, breathe out two, breathe in one, breathe out two
What I’m doing is focusing on the breath and letting go of those other thoughts and things
I find it’s very helpful to focus on a positive mantra
This beautiful life, tie it up in a bow
As I listen to meditative, positive, spiritual, uplifting music
As I walk in the garden, as I practice tai chi
Life is all a practice, each and every day, each and every day
Practice love, forgive, no judgment
These are the words I share as I meditate through my day
I’m creating my day with meditation
Breathe in one, breathe out two, breathe in one, breathe out two
The unwanted thoughts will leave, let them flow in
Don’t push them away, they will just go as they’re meant to be
As you focus on the breath, positive in, loving all each and every day
This is the key to life, love all
Focus on the breath, in through the nose, hold it slowly and easy, then let it out with a smile on the way
Love all, forgive all, no judgment
Life delivered as the gift tied up in a bow
As I focus my thoughts, my words, my meditation
And practice it more than once, start the day with that every day
