Good morning to all and another spectacular day in the Universe
The center is you, my intention of the day
Another awesome and amazing day
For the universe gives me this energy way
And the energy emits from the center of you
To share and enjoy each step on of the day
The bumps and the dips, all part of the trip
To enlighten and brighten the center in you
I take a breath, and say simple to see, feeling from thee
The energy of love, of life, comes right from the center of you
Feel the center deep within, the fuel is the same, the start of the flame
The flame is the same, from a spark in  you
So share with a smile and words of love
All from a thought, from the center of me
This is what I see, each day you energize thee

Dr rob on my mind; On my way to Atlanta today to the American Society of Reproductive Medicine meeting. To share and learn, and connect with my friends from all over the world. I am reminded that no matter where we are from, what language we speak, cultural history or religion, we are essentially the same. All made from the identical energy of the Universe, from the center of each of us. And my intention is to share my thoughts in loving and positive ways; simply with a word, with a smile and with a touch. Enjoy your day as you connect with the center of you. I start the day with my 12 minutes of meditation

Focus on the breath, in through the nose, slow and easy

This is all I need to do to find the center of you

The mantra, the breath, count to 3, in and smile out

Walking in the garden, tai chi, lotus, or driving in my car

Positive thought, a breath, all from the center of you

It is all part of me and thee

The light and the energy comes from the center

Deep within me and you, everywhere is the energy that make you

This is the life created with the simple thoughts from me to you

Breath in, walking and counting, letting the unwanted thoughts flow and go

Love is the key, no judgment is what I see
