Bonus day, my intention of the day
A simple thing to say, a bonus day
For I awake today to another awesome day
For each and every day, I say is a bonus day
For it is all an amazing and a spectacular way
To see all life in the bonus way
For we are here, to share and love, each and every day
To send the bonus of life to all, and have no fear
To see all life as mighty and bright
For us all to share the love and beauty is the bonus I say
The bonus is life, most energy and matter never live it
Now take the time to simply shine, to see all things as a beautiful thing
Love all, for what it gives us, now I see, life is the bonus, each day I say

Mom, Maria, walked into church on the lake yesterday sharing her awesome and amazing energy of life.
We were the last to get up and slowly walk to communion, Reverends John and Toppie, along with the entire St James family there to share healing and powerful energy of love in life. We then walked to the hall on the lake and experienced the Sudanese community sharing a traditional dance and song. All resonating the energy of the Universe, with love and Oneness.

This is easy I say, practiced each and every day
Sitting lotus, walking tai chi, meditative music in the background
For the love of all in life, this is easy to play
A breath, energy flowing to each and every cell of the body
Loving all in life, to say the words, creates the molecules and shares with Universe
