Going through the opening

Sometimes our lives contract before they expand. We may be working hard on ourselves spiritually, doing good in the world, following our dreams, and wondering why we are still facing constrictions of all kinds—financial, emotional, physical. Perhaps we even feel as if we’ve lost our spirituality and are stuck in a dark room with no windows. We may be confused and discouraged by what appears to be a lack of progress. But sometimes this is the way things work. Like a caterpillar that confines itself to a tiny cocoon before it grows wings and flies, we are experiencing the darkness before the dawn. Read more

Another bonus day, my meditation of the day
I start the day, with gratitude and a meditation
To simply use the words, of love and joy today
A breath, positive mantra, all positive and loving I say
In through the nose, another bonus day, smile slowly out
This is easy I say, practiced each and every day
Sitting lotus, walking tai chi, meditative music in the background
For the love of all in life, this is easy to play
A breath, energy flowing to each and every cell of the body
Loving all in life, to say the words, creates the molecules and shares it with the Universe
Do this at the start of the day, repeat as you need any time of the day

Mom, Maria, walked into church on the lake yesterday sharing her awesome and amazing energy of life.
We were the last to get up and slowly walk to communion, Reverends John and Toppie, along with the entire St. James family, were there to share healing and powerful energy of life in life. We then walked to the hall on
the lake and experienced the Sudanese community sharing a traditional dance and song. All resonating the energy of the Universe, with love and Oneness.
